The hotel is fine. But how come I found out it only cost me Cdn.$368 about $20 cheaper than I booked through you.

Outstanding service at the hotel and both restaurants. Had a wonderful stay and recommend it for sure!

The hotel is located in a very nice location, we got a great view from our room. We were not very happy with the service though, as we arrived at the hotel, we weren’t greeted even though there were 3 people working at the valet nobody directed us where to park. I made eye contact with them but they just continued on chatting. Parking is also quite expensive ($45/ night for self-parking).

The hotel is an older hotel but kept in great condition, it is a little like a resort with several bars, restaurants and pools to choose from. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location next to Stanley Park and Coal Harbour is excellent and it is very close to Robson St restaurants.

Nice hotel, loved the heated outdoor pool and sauna as well as the breakfast buffet. Happy to come back.

Front desk women was super kind, attentive and nice

It’s a bit old and more like a resort,,, not hotel,, but the location and outside view are the best!!!! Staffs are nice, too!!! Gonna come back again. See the outside view of the hotel!

Nice hotel with stunning view over the bay. Super close to Stanley Park.

Parking spot very tight and limited, can hardly park vehicle at times Breakfast limited choices for buffee, almost identical, Overall stay is more than just satisfaction

Good location for travellers stay to Convention Centre. Hotel staff are very helpful . Good choice and will come again

객실도 깨끗하고 웨스틴의 헤븐리베드는 정말 하루의 피로를 다 풀어줄 만큼 숙면에 최적화되어있음. 위치도 좋고 주변에 스탠리파크도 가까워서 호텔에서 자전거 대여해서 다니기 좋았어요! 컨벤션센터 앞은 오히려 노숙자도 많고 길거리에 냄새도 지독했는데 이쪽은 깨끗한 부촌느낌이라 좋았어요

스탠리파크 바로 옆에 위치하여 위치는 최고입니다! 추가금액을 내고 하버뷰로 업그레이드 하였는데, 날씨가 좋다면 꼭 뷰가 있는 방을 선택하세요! 추가금액이 아깝지 않습니다! 기본은 벽뷰 라고 하더군요.. 다만 서비스를 너무 기대한 탓일까 레스토랑에 쿠폰 사용 관련하여 재결제 요청을 하였는데 이미 빌이 마감되어 해줄 수 없다며 매니저의 결정권이라고 하더군요. 관련하여 안내 등이 매우 미흡하였습니다. 그 외는 만족합니다!
