Hotel berhampiran Başak Heykeli, Denizli

Отличный отель, современный, красивый. Недалеко от центрального автовокзала Денизли. Останавливались здесь на одну ночь для поездки в Памуккале. Номер чистый. Запомнился гель для душа - очень приятный аромат (= После Памуккале вернулись поздно, когда ресторан отеля был уже закрыт. Очень помогла девушка с ресепшена - через свой телефон заказала нам доставку пиццы из Dominos. Большое ей спасибо! Great hotel, modern and beautiful. Not far from Denizli central bus station. Stayed here for one night for a trip to Pamukkale. The room is clean. I remember the shower gel - a very pleasant aroma (= After Pamukkale returned late, when the hotel restaurant was already closed. The girl from the reception was very helpful - she ordered pizza delivery from Dominos through her phone. Thank her very much!

Stayed as member of group tour. We were given 2 big rooms which were having all facilities including fitness bycycle. Bathroom was big and having nice tub. Breakfast was normal and buffet dinner was so so as it was practically too crowded because of many groups.Hotel is in very isolated place where some industrial buildings are situated. Hotel is good for 3 star category.

The hotel is clean, tge rooms are fantastic. The staff is exemplary. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night and missed breakfast but the restaurant looked awesome. We left to kusadasi 3 hours away and Unfortunately 1 of our travelers forgot their insulin. The staff safely gathered our medication and put it in a carefully sealed bag, arranged a taxi and had the medication delivered to us in kusadasi 3 hours away. They went above and beyond what any hotel staff would do. I shopped for hotels relentlessly and this looked by far the best and cleanest hotel in the Denizli or pumakalle area and it was. Only 15 minutes from Hieropolis. Even without the medication snafu the service was incredible. çok teşekkür ederim from Bisher

We stayed here one night when we travelled from Antalya to Izmir. The rooms are fairly big and has all your basic needs. Staff are very helpful. They have a nice dining area and a good restaurant. Staff gave us tips to see hot air balloons in the morning. We missed this in Cappadocia so we captured some beautiful memories.

Host are friendly and informative.  Room was very clean and cozy .  I recommend for you stay at Pamukkale .

Very decent hotel and close to the Pammukale cotton candy. Every room has a private balcony. Complementary breakfast is good. There's a swimming pool that's well maintained. Late check ins were easy and comfortable. Can see hot air balloons flying just from the room balcony. Recommend stay.

De l'extérieur, l'hôtel semble accueillant et agréable. Toutefois, dès notre premier contact avec l'équipe, nous avons été surpris par leur froideur : ils n'ont pas voulu que l'on paye par carte bancaire, en nous disant qu'ils n'avaient pas de lecteur, alors que nous pouvions le voir derrière le comptoir. Ensuite, nous avons été conduits à notre chambre : elle ne possédait pas d'aération, ce qui entraîne une odeur de moisissure constante, en plus d'une humidité très désagréable. Je pense qu'il est d'ailleurs dangereux de rester dans cette atmosphère plusieurs nuits, notamment pour de jeunes enfants. De plus, les matériaux utilisés dans la salle de bain ne sont pas de qualité : le lavabo n'est pas bien vissé et les toilettes évacuent les fluides par un trou situé à côté, et non pas en dessous... Je vous laisse imaginer le problème. Le déjeuner était bon, mais sans plus, que des produits industriels. La piscine n'était pas non plus accessible, mais je ne peux pas m'en plaindre, ça n'est que le début de saison. L'emplacement est très bon, je ne peux pas leur enlever cela. Enfin, nous avons payé le lendemain de notre arrivée : depuis ce moment, aucune politesse, aucun échange, même pas un bonjour ni sourire. Même lors de notre départ, ils ne sont même pas venus au comptoir, mais nous ont juste fixé depuis leur canapé. Je comprends que certains touristes puissent être agaçants et malpolis, que ce métier n'est pas toujours facile, mais je ne comprends pas non plus cette attitude. Enfin bon, le prix n'était pas si élevé, mais je me devais d'écrire ce message pour les familles qui paieront le prix fort cet été et qui feront face à ces dysfonctionnements.

The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Pamukkale.
