Ulasan Hiera City Hotel

Good hotel with great choices at breakfast. Room was clean with a fridge. Would stay again.

Wifi is not available on the 7th floor. Plus there is no landline phone available in the room.

the location of the hotel is good, very near to the bus station. but i cannot tolerate with the smell of the room

Well, Hiera city hotel, I'm highly recommend that you guy better don't choose this bad condition hotel, I never met such very bad hotel in my life, first, about cleaning and environment in bedroom, everywhere is in damage, no repair, you can see electricity wire is not fix well inside cable or inside wall.and don't expect the house keeping will come to clean up your room daily, even you have order for cleaning room. They might respond after more than three hours later, nobody is on polite manner. The breakfast is very simple. You can't imagine there have a pot. But it is empty. . and I had happening no electric power supply in mid night, it's happened almost everyday. Please imagine no light, no heater in cold winter .

Breakfast was good and the place is really near from the otogar but the room was dirty and smell smoked even though i selected the non smoked room. And the smell of water was not good

태어나 가본 호텔 중 가장 최악입니다. 낡은것보다 문제는 더러운 것.. 방에 어떤것도 만지기 싫었어요… 가지마세요. 엘베도 언제 멈춰도 이상하지 않습니다.

너무 낡은 호텔. 청소가 안되어 있어서 친절한 직원들임에도 불구하고 아쉬웠어요 바닥에 먼지가 ㅜㅜ 열쇠 키가 익숙하지 않아서 좀 힘들었어요 조금 걸어가면 식사할만한 곳들도 작은 마트도 있어요

房間算是乾淨整潔，佈置温馨舒適。服務也非常周到，工作人員熱情友好。酒店位置便利，周邊交通和餐飲都很方便。設施齊全，住得很安心。性價比也挺高，下次還會選擇這裏入住。

호텔도 괜찮은데 호텔에 있는 스파가 너무 좋아요.. 마사지가 끝난 후 샤워를 시켜주는데 어릴때 엄마가 거품 목욕 시켜주는 기분 🫶 최고입니다! 조식도 나쁘지 않아요 :-) 좀 추워서 직원분께 말씀드렸더니 이불도 추가로 제공해주시고 방을 따뜻하게 조절해주셨답니다!

파묵칼레 가려고 하루 잠깐 묵었는데 화장실에서 냄새가 너무나서 옆방 화장실 씀 샤워 할 엄두는 안남 친구가 샤워했는데 화장실앞에 물바다됨 음 기차역이랑 버스정류장이 바로 옆에 있다는 장점 하나 있음 방2개를 잡았는데 옆방은 화장실에서 냄새는 안나지만 전체적으로 방이 뭔가 우중충한 분위기 하루묵는다면 상관없을듯

鄰近巴士站，步行數分鐘就到，因為一早到達而當日要去棉花堡半日，夜晚又要乘搭夜車所以需要地方梳洗。對房間要求真的不要太大，床鋪被單都有可見的污跡，我們甚至都沒有接觸過。 夜晚退房時前台沒有職員，等了接近20分鐘才有人，差點影響乘車！

위치가 일단 교통에 요충지에 있어 너무 좋다. 그리고 터키여행 1주일만에 히터가 있어 따뜻하게 잘수 있었다. Good for the price 👌

夜行バスで早朝に到着したにも関わらずチェックインしてくれて大変助かりました。目の前にバスターミナルもあるのでパムッカレ観光にも便利です。

衞生太差了，位置好，汽車總站就在旁邊，很方便
