Hotel berhampiran Huzur Bul Cami, Denizli

My friend and I had an awesome stay at this place just a week ago. Very clean hotel in the center with easy access to the airport by shuttle. The hotel personal is incredible, super friendly and helpful . Breakfast was excellent, food is fresh and delicious;Turkish tea and coffee was provide at all time. Hospitality is beyond believe, you will feel like home! Highly recommend, you will enjoy your stay!!

Güzel otel ve personeller, memnun kaldık. Ancak sivrisinek mi yoksa başka bir şey mi vardı bilmiyoruz ama bütün gece kaşındık. Belki deterjan alerjisi olabilir, belki minik yatak hayvanları olabilir. Dikkat etmek de fayda var.

I am absolutely appalled by the standard of practice of eliminating the risk of Corona virus by this hotel. We came from a very long trip with high expectations of staying and resting at a clean and well known franchise hotel in Turkey. There are posters with information and rules of staying safe with the Corona Virus visible and there was also a disinfectant spray procedure carried out on our luggages. But it is all for show. The staff member had no idea what was being used in the disinfectant spray. Nothing is being genuinely practiced. The hygiene practice was absolutely disgusting. We went into our room to find the floors had not been cleaned. When we tried to contact the reception to notify them, no one had picked up the phone. We also tried the landline contact number a couple of times and again no answer. My husband had to walk down to reception and ask the staff to change our rooms immediately. The staff were not attentive and did not attend to our request immediately. When the staff member had arrived, he took us to the room and didn’t offer to take our multiple luggage’s to the new room. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Run as far away as you can!!!

The hotel is clean, tge rooms are fantastic. The staff is exemplary. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night and missed breakfast but the restaurant looked awesome. We left to kusadasi 3 hours away and Unfortunately 1 of our travelers forgot their insulin. The staff safely gathered our medication and put it in a carefully sealed bag, arranged a taxi and had the medication delivered to us in kusadasi 3 hours away. They went above and beyond what any hotel staff would do. I shopped for hotels relentlessly and this looked by far the best and cleanest hotel in the Denizli or pumakalle area and it was. Only 15 minutes from Hieropolis. Even without the medication snafu the service was incredible. çok teşekkür ederim from Bisher

We stayed here one night when we travelled from Antalya to Izmir. The rooms are fairly big and has all your basic needs. Staff are very helpful. They have a nice dining area and a good restaurant. Staff gave us tips to see hot air balloons in the morning. We missed this in Cappadocia so we captured some beautiful memories.

De l'extérieur, l'hôtel semble accueillant et agréable. Toutefois, dès notre premier contact avec l'équipe, nous avons été surpris par leur froideur : ils n'ont pas voulu que l'on paye par carte bancaire, en nous disant qu'ils n'avaient pas de lecteur, alors que nous pouvions le voir derrière le comptoir. Ensuite, nous avons été conduits à notre chambre : elle ne possédait pas d'aération, ce qui entraîne une odeur de moisissure constante, en plus d'une humidité très désagréable. Je pense qu'il est d'ailleurs dangereux de rester dans cette atmosphère plusieurs nuits, notamment pour de jeunes enfants. De plus, les matériaux utilisés dans la salle de bain ne sont pas de qualité : le lavabo n'est pas bien vissé et les toilettes évacuent les fluides par un trou situé à côté, et non pas en dessous... Je vous laisse imaginer le problème. Le déjeuner était bon, mais sans plus, que des produits industriels. La piscine n'était pas non plus accessible, mais je ne peux pas m'en plaindre, ça n'est que le début de saison. L'emplacement est très bon, je ne peux pas leur enlever cela. Enfin, nous avons payé le lendemain de notre arrivée : depuis ce moment, aucune politesse, aucun échange, même pas un bonjour ni sourire. Même lors de notre départ, ils ne sont même pas venus au comptoir, mais nous ont juste fixé depuis leur canapé. Je comprends que certains touristes puissent être agaçants et malpolis, que ce métier n'est pas toujours facile, mais je ne comprends pas non plus cette attitude. Enfin bon, le prix n'était pas si élevé, mais je me devais d'écrire ce message pour les familles qui paieront le prix fort cet été et qui feront face à ces dysfonctionnements.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The downside is that there’s no glasses for drinking water or brushing teeth. There are also just a couple cloth hangers in the closet. I have to request to get a few more for my family. The breakfast is standard Turkish style. Be prepared to pay with cash if you have not pre-paid in advance. Also the lady owner seems a little stingy as she asked us to take a picture of the map instead of giving it to us free as all the other hotels.

My stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Pamukkale.
