Hotel berhampiran YAĞLICA TARIM, Denizli

My friend and I had an awesome stay at this place just a week ago. Very clean hotel in the center with easy access to the airport by shuttle. The hotel personal is incredible, super friendly and helpful . Breakfast was excellent, food is fresh and delicious;Turkish tea and coffee was provide at all time. Hospitality is beyond believe, you will feel like home! Highly recommend, you will enjoy your stay!!

iki gün kaldik. Son gece yeni alisveris yaptigimiz bir posetin kayip oldugunu gördük. otel ertesi gün kameradan tespit edip, temizlikcilerin cöpe attigini söyledi. Biz ciktiktan sonra, bizi arayip icinde ki malzemenin degerini ödemeye hazir olduklarini söylediler. Bunun üzerine telefonda anlasip geri döndük. Oraya vardigimizda, bize sorumlu olan sahis suan toplanti da oldugunu ve ne kadar sürecegi belli olmadigi bildirildi ve onun haricinde de kimse nakit cikisi yapamadigini söylendi. Biz ikinci sefer magdur oldugumuz icin bir günlük ücretimizi geri istedik (bizim yasadigimiz bir magduriyetten ötürü, geri döndük yine magdur olduk). Ilgilenen sahis bize whatsapptan kimseyi davet etmedigini bundan dolayi geri dönmemiz kendi sucumuz oldugunu söylüyor. Simdi posetin icinde ki olan degeri gönderemiyorlar cünkü bizim türkiye hesabimiz yok. halbu ki bunu önceden bildirdik ve geri dönme sebebimiz zaten buydu. Sonuc itibariyle maalesef cokca magdur olduk ve bunu gidermek icin de bin tür zorluga soktular.

Stayed for 2 nights. Very clean. Standard room size. Mattress is firm and of western size. Beddings/towels are crisp and clean. Has fridge, TV, full sized and vanity mirrors, safe, baggage rack, lounge chair with side table... Location is fantastic. Just in front of the main bus terminal. The train station is about 300 meters. Breakfast buffet is ample and decent. A very good kebab and pide restaurant right at the back of the block. Turkcell dealer close to the hotel and sells sim for tourists at half the price quoted in airport. Look for Ibrahim, a very nice, helpful and friendly hotel staff. In fact, everyone working at this hotel is helpful and polite. A steal for the price.

Stayed as member of group tour. We were given 2 big rooms which were having all facilities including fitness bycycle. Bathroom was big and having nice tub. Breakfast was normal and buffet dinner was so so as it was practically too crowded because of many groups.Hotel is in very isolated place where some industrial buildings are situated. Hotel is good for 3 star category.

We stayed here one night when we travelled from Antalya to Izmir. The rooms are fairly big and has all your basic needs. Staff are very helpful. They have a nice dining area and a good restaurant. Staff gave us tips to see hot air balloons in the morning. We missed this in Cappadocia so we captured some beautiful memories.

Çok güzel bir aile oteli , bahçe , at , kedi , köpek tam bir hayvan sever aile oteli , havuzbaşı havası ayrı bir güzel Pamukkale ziyaret edecek herkese tavsiye ediyorum mutlaka gelin odaları tertemiz , açık büfe kahvaltısı mezeler harikaydı herşey için teşekkür ediyoruz :)

The only complains I can give about this place is that we didn't stay longer. Had we known how much this hotel would exceed our expectations we would have planned a few more days. Driving into the courtyard you instantly feel welcomed and at home. You are greeted by two wonderful pools one is a shallow one for children. It was a little chilly for us to use this time of year but I am sure in the heat of Summer it is absolutely divine. The family that runs this place are wonderful people. We were immediately offered coffee or tea while we waited for our rooms. The rooms are a decent size especially for the price you pay. The bathrooms are beautiful, you have your own little private hamam in your room. Having a disability it was nice to have such a large bathroom space. If needed you could fit a wheelchair into the shower. The bed was very comfortable, and it was very quiet at night. The only thing I would mention is it does get a little chilly at night. I recommend asking someone how to use the heat in your room. There are a few steps to get to the lower level rooms, as well there is a ramp available. Either way, everyone is more than happy to help you manage anything you need. One of the owners, Ismail, was full of recommendations for how to best enjoy the local sites. He is very well traveled and has put a lot of work into learning multiple languages through his travels. If he is not too busy he is a very interesting person to sit and have a conversation with. He even took the kilim (Turkish rug) I bought in Istanbul to speak with someone to see if I would get the same story from the person I bought from. He came back with more information than I originally got, including proper ways to care for it as someone had washed it in hot water previously which caused the colors to run. Ismail did this out of his own curiosity, he is not trying to sell me anything more. There was never any pressure to buy or book anything extra. Just good advice! I honestly can't say enough about this place, the experiences was worth way more than you pay. And the hosting family treat you better than you would get at a hotel for 10 times the price. The matriarch of the family makes a wonderful butter which you can have with your morning breakfast. The location is fantastic, it is a quick drive to the travertine's / ruins, or it is not too far if you want to walk. A beautiful area to go hiking in. The people of the town are amazing. You truly get the vibe of a small town where everybody knows everybody. Good humble kind people. Half of the residents work in the hotel industry and the other half are farmers. Every single person we encountered we're happy to take time to answer any questions. I highly recommend the Shah Sultan Ozturk! I would absolutely stay here again, only I would make sure it was for a longer time next time. Thank you so much Ismail and family for providing a beautiful experience in our travels! My stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal. The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Pamukkale.

Great price for a wonderful stay. The room comes with balcony, the staff helped to bring our luggages upstairs, the room is clean and comfortable. Just to set some expectation, they didnt provide mineral bottle at the room so perhaps you may want to ask for water upfront in case you need it or in case you don't have any. Breakfast was great (as per pic). They served big breakfast by room. We enjoyed hot air balloon view during our breakfast. The hotel is very near to Hierapolis and Travertine too.
