Ini adalah hotel terbaik yang telah kami tinggali dalam masa yang lama. Biasanya kita tertipu dengan gambar dan ulasan. Hotel ini adalah yang terbaik setakat ini.

This hotel was conveniently located for visiting the nearby colleges. Rooms were clean and quiet with plenty of parking. I was excited to discover that the fitness room had a Peloton bike, but then disappointed when I found the bike was not registered so I was not able to use it with my account and access all the benefits of the bike. However, fitness room was clean and larger than typical Hampton Inn hotels. They had a good breakfast selection and the lobby was spacious and clean. They are finishing up renovations so this hotel had a more modern, newer look. I appreciated 24/7 access to coffee and hot tea in the lobby.

I came in town for work and have stayed in Denton before, however this time was the best i have ever experienced while staying in Denton. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, Amani and Roderick were truly amazing. They recommended an amazing restaurant for dinner and every request i had they accommodated. Thank you to them both and i truly enjoyed my stay. Not to mention the room was amazing

Semuanya sangat bagus dan selesa, saya akan kembali lagi.

I initially enjoyed my stay in the Queen suite when I needed a room for my bachelorette night festivities. In the rush to get out of the door in the morning I accidentally left my jewelry box. I understand the hotel is not liable for items that were stolen once left, but beware!! Once I retrieved my box the next day my most precious ring was STOLEN! The other items in my box were clearly messed with while they were seeing what all they wanted to take. I am very disappointed in the quality of the staff they choose to employee and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Please be sure to use the safes and be wary of the housekeepers! I’m sure this is not the first time they have stolen items from guests.

I had an extremely rough night sleeping on my first night of my stay due to noise disturbances, and in the morning requested a new room on a higher floor. Front desk staff wasn't yet on site for the day and I had to work all day. I later received a voicemail stating that my request could be accommodated and to call the front desk back. When I called the front desk back around lunch, the manager I had spoken to said that they've already assigned me a new room and asked when I would be able to come back to move my belongings to the new room. I told her I was working all day, and that I would be back in the evening to move my belongings myself. When she asked if I wanted them to move my things for me, I said absolutely not and that I will do that when I'm back. She said okay, and stated, ”I don't know how that will work with housekeeping but I will call you back” which I didn't know what that meant. I never received a call. When I arrived back at the hotel that evening, I came to find out that hotel staff entered my room against my wishes and moved everything to the new room. My clothes were thrown into a trash bag, toiletries and groceries I had laying out were handled in an unknown manner, and my remaining items were found in a pile on the couch in the new room. When I brought up the concern with the on-duty manager, she called the owner Mr. Kumar Mayank and he promptly arrived. He apologized and offered me 10,000 IHG rewards points or $100 to treat myself to dinner. I did not accept his offer because 1) I wasn't sure that I would be booking any future stays with IHG after this incident, 2) I had not had proper time to think if this was an appropriate measure given that my privacy was violated, and 3) neither of those options would even replace one nights stay at an IHG hotel in the future given the price, had I decided to book another one. I later inquired with the front desk to request a written copy of their hotel policies and procedures, as I wanted to understand further if the actions taken by the hotel was in direct violation. The now on-site manager stated that the hotel does not operate under any written policies in absolutely any regard and operates 100% under ”common sense” only. The only policy agreement between the hotel and the guest is presented at the time of check-in and refers only to room damages, pet fees, and things of that nature. I could understand if the hotel needed to book my old room as it was approaching the new years holiday. Not only was this not vocalized or communicated to me, but upon my arrival back at the hotel of the night of the incident, my keys to the original room were still valid meaning that the room had not been assigned a new guest. Additionally, I observed guests without reservations coming in while having my conversation with Mr. Kumar Mayank in the hotel lobby, despite him telling me falsely that the hotel was fully booked at that time. I confirmed there were still rooms available after our conversat

Every time I stay at a Hilton property I am reminded why Marriott is my primary hotel choice. I have been trying very hard to make Hilton my secondary but so far the only Hiltons that don’t disappoint are Embassy suites. I stayed at this location due to proximity to my job site. Exteriors of the building is dated but well kept. You walk into a beautiful lobby. There were renovations happening during my stay so there were tarps around and in the elevators. Got to my room, nice well kept clean room . The negatives of the room were very low water pressure in shower and this property did not have a tv with streaming services. This may seem petty but most hotels have that now and it can be inconvenient to those of us who prefer that benefit. Especially since it’s getting harder and harder to use Roku or fire stick in hotels. Hotel negative and this is huge for business travelers.. there is no sound proofing insulation whatsoever. This was in my top 10 for noisy hotel rooms. Echoes from the hall were so loud you didn’t think you have a door. I am not saying don’t stay here. It’s a nice hotel but be prepared for noise and just regular cable TV.

I did not expect the room to be as big as it was! It was clean. The AC was especially powerful, which was nice since Texas seems to be one big heat advisory these days. Big shower. The couch was comfy. Big TV. The location can’t be beat! Close to everything, including the University! We brought our son up for college and having everything so close was terrific. Texas Roadhouse is right next door. Buc-ee’s is right across the intersection, and Target is around the corner. It’s a 7-10 minute drive to the campus, a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and let us use their storage to keep some oversized luggage secured while we got some brunch at Old West Cafe (best breakfast place in Denton!) This is the hotel we will stay at for the next four years when we go to visit.
