Hotel Dengan Tempat letak kereta di Westmoreland, Jamaica

I was beyond impressed with the quality service my husband and I received at Travellers. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a pleasant and efficient young lady at the front desk. We were a bit early so our room was not quite ready but not to worry we could hang by the in house restaurant to pass the time and have a walk around the property. Upon our return to the front desk we were escorted to our room which was exceptionally clean with crisp white linens and a spotless bathroom. Immediately I felt a sense of relief as we were not quite sure what to expect. We opted to include breakfast in our booking and was quite happy with that choice, the chef was spot on in the ackee and saltfish Jamaican breakfast. Travellers is right on the 7 mile beach so we had access to all the offerings and then some. On Wednesday night guests of the hotel were treated to the Manager's Cocktail Reception, the Guest Relations Manager was quite eloquent in her welcome and made us feel quite special. The guest performer who played the flute was exceptional in his rendition of Jamaican reggae tunes, we quite enjoyed this ...kudos to Travellers for thinking about their guest in this manner. I highly recommend this boutique hotel, the standards here are quite high. This will definitely be my go to hotel on my return to Negril.

Wir sind seit 2011 zum fünften Mal in diesem wundervollen Hotel. Das Grundstück ist kaum 30 Meter breit und vielleicht 200 tief. Es schlängelt sich ein kleiner Fußweg durch die Anlage. Einzelne ältere Bungalows und auch neu gebaute, die auch mal zwei oder drei Stockwerke haben. Diese Gebäude erinnern von der Farbgebung an Venedig und sind mit wundervollen Holzkonstruktionen verziert. Auch die Treppen sind aus Holz. Unzählige Palmen auch andere Bäume ziehen sich durch die komplette Anlage. Wie ein kleiner Urwald. Wir haben auf der ganzen Welt in keiner schöneren Anlage gewohnt und die Welt ist groß. Die neuen Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel, die älteren nicht weniger angenehm. Die Bäder sind etwas kleiner als die in den neuen Zimmern. Der Roomservice ist spitze, die Maids sehr zuverlässig. Wir sind dieses Jahr 4 Wochen hier. Daher ist es von besonderer Bedeutung, das die Matratzen gut sind. Und sie sind genial. Die Zimmer haben alle einen Kühlschrank, einen Wasserkocher und ein Behältnis, indem man sich Eiswürfel holen kann. Das Frühstück, siehe Foto, ist sehr einfach, auf amerikanische Verhältnisse abgestimmt. Aber Toast, Butter und verschiedene Eierspeisen haben uns ausgereicht. Es gibt hier im Hotel gut 30 Zimmer und am Strand Liegestühle, die sehr ästhetisch und bequem sind. Etwa 15 Sonnenschirme, die aber komplett ausreichen, weil auch ein guter Baumbestand im Sonnengarten vorhanden ist und reichlich Baumschatten spendet. Weitere Palmen sind gepflanzt und werden weiteren Schatten spenden. Es gibt diverse Strandhändler, wir lieben das Speisen und Getränke Angebot, die aber wirklich nicht aufdringlich sind und auch nicht in den Bereich der Sonnenliegen dürfen. Ich wiederhole mich gern, die Anlage ist genial. Die Zimmermädchen sind schon enorm lange hier beschäftigt, wir finden die Zimmer immer sehr, sehr sauber. Das WLAN System funktioniert sehr gut. Die COVID Regeln, vor allem Maske tragen und Hände desinfizieren wird gut eingehalten. Zusätzliche Points mit Waschbecken und Desinfektion eingerichtet worden. Der Strand ist ebenso genial. Sehr sauberer, karibischer Sand. Man geht leicht abfallend ins Wasser, keine Koralle, kein Stein und keine Seeigel. Der perfekte Strand, der sich auch mehrere Kilometer wie an der Schnur gezogen am Meer entlang zieht. Viele Möglichkeiten auf einen Drink. Und Negril liegt im Westen, das heißt, es gibt jeden Tag einen Sonnenuntergang. Sie können in Negril in elegante Restaurants im Westend gehen, sie können aber auch an Ständen einfache Speisen erwerben, Jerk Chicken ist hier der Renner. Wenn sie mal nicht im Hotel essen wollen. (Cesar’s Salat mit Chicken hier Weltklasse, Calamari Ringe eher nicht) Bargeld, also US Dollar oder Jamaika Dollar bekommen sie an jedem Bargeldautomaten (ATM) mit EC karte. Die Kurse sind fast ohne Gebühren, im Gegensatz zur Kreditkarte. Bei Anreise ist einer direkt am Ortseingang bei kleinen Airport oder aber auf gegenüberliegender Straßenseite in einem Shoppingcenter. I usually come here with my family and this has been one of the worst experiences EVER!! The guest services at the front desk was very insulting with asking me if the person I came with is a part of my party! When asked for more towels I got the wrong set and also when I went to get it myself there was an extra wait time as none was on property. The bartender had a disgusting attitude I could puke my drink with his non friendliness, definitely will turn guests away. When checking out the way they were going on about their second key I’m like do they really think I would want to keep their second key the other person was on the beach when I was checking out and the way the guy at the front desk made it seem like I would like their key was SUCH a turnoff!!!! I WILLL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. The servers at breakfast and dinner were nice and as always a big shoutout to the lifeguards!! The hospitality never changes when we stay here amongst them! The entire front desk needs to be FIRED and that bartender!

Very nice hotel on the beach. Hospitality was top notch. Every staff I encounter was alway had a smile on their face, professional, respectful, pleasant and helpful. This hotel has the best breakfast. I was so full, I did not need to eat again until dinner time. I had oxtail for dinner and that was so delicious. The bar has excellent drinks. My drink was rum punch after the first drink o was very mellow. Housekeeping did an excellent job it my room. Bed was very comfortable and slept like a new born baby. The ocean view from my room was breathtaking. Thank for your excellent service and will definitely return. The sand on the beach felt like baby powder on my feet.

What a gem to find this place! I stayed for two days and did not want to leave! Points to note: 1. Cozy 2. Extremely clean, 3. Very safe (24-hour security) 4. Friendly and accommodating host 5. Cleaning available upon request 6. Clean Pool Upon entering the premises I felt as though I had entered the Garden of Eden! Even though this place is far out, I like the fact that they provided little signs each distance to let you know you are almost there. The receptionist was excellent. The staff here are very helpful and amazing. They never ever seemed bothered nor unwilling. The food was great. Our room, oh gosh, was very comfortable. What you see on their site is exactly what is there. They also ensure you are provided with fresh towels and bed linens. No one is impeding your space, no noise. Peace and quietness. I'll definitely be returning for a longer stay.

Loved everything about the property, grounds and room… however, the Wifi could be the very worst I’ve experienced in Negril and I come several times a year… it’s is now the gold nugget… wifi so bad it’s impossible to watch a Netflix or even post a video on Facebook. In this day and age of Covid where people Can remotely, it’s absolutely unacceptable to have wifi… it’s not just “iffy” it’s horrendous as in the worst I’ve ever experienced in Negril Fix the wifi!!!

Lovely hotel right on the beach. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. The beach is what really makes this hotel, lt really was a one minute walk to the beach which also had free sunbeds. The staff also made our stay special the receptionist was so helpfulhome f and friendly, Rockie on the bar was lovely and the security man was helpful. If you want a budget stay in Jamaica, this is the place to stay, very secure also. The bar/restaurant on site has a good range of meals, could offer more at nightime but you can easily walk a few steps along the beach to the restaurants a few doors away. If you want 5 star all inclusive luxury, this isnt the place for you but if you want a homely reasonably priced home from home, this is the place for you. Just one tip, bring a hairdryer, they dont have them.
