Mereka melakukan di atas dan di luar untuk menjadikan negeri kita selamat kerana Daripada virus COVID-19. Bilik kami tidak seperti Hampton lain yang pernah kami kunjungi untuk hotel 3 permulaan. Ia kelihatan lebih seperti hotel 2 permulaan. Tetapi bilik kami bagus untuk harga yang kami bayar. Kami menemui tawaran di trip.com di bawah $80.

An ok stay. My room was clean, but also in need of updating, as are the hallways. Breakfast had the essentials but was lacking fruit of any kind. As some other reviewers have noted, this hotel has some issues with customer service and quality control.. keeping in mind, however, that staff in hotels are often over-worked and underpaid these days. My experience varied. One front desk clerk was super efficient and knowledgeable, the other should not be on a front desk at all... taking ten minutes to address a minor situation and still getting it wrong. At this time of the year in a hotel of this size, two qualified staff are a minimum. Also, the rooms need to be checked after cleaning to ensure everything is working. In my unit, both TVs were out. The over-worked desk clerk had to spend some of her time away from the front desk to solve the problem... and did. All in all, with some work, this could be a good hotel instead of a slightly below average one.

After spending 2 nights in fancy overpriced hotels, I really liked this place. They let me check in early at no charge. My spacious room had a full sized fridge and microwave. Lounge couch was almost as comfortable as the bed and TV swiveled. Shower was great with adjustable head and all the toiletries are Dove brand. Free breakfast was very good. Filled up my big cup with soda for later. In the afternoon they have a happy hour with food! The pool is closed but will reopen soon. Lovely area with fire pit and chairs. They have grills to bbq and washer and dryers. Every room has a laundry basket But the best thing was the staff. They really wanted to make my stay perfect. The final plus was the free shuttle to the airport!

This hotel is fairly new. Family friendly set up. Ideal for family stay and couples too. The room was clean. It has small kitchen and complete with utensils. We would recommend and will cone back again.

Arrived at Denver Airport at 11:00 pm exhausted. followed the poor instructions of hotel shuttle stand. We were on island 5 as instructed waited and watched a van from the hotel drive by without stopping called hotel we were told to wait approximately 15 for next we waited another 30 minutes nothing. Took an Uber for $30.00 with tip. Get to the hotel manager was not wanting to understand what happened and said it was a misunderstanding. Although the young lady who I had spoken to on the phone explained it to him. No offer of even a bottle of water for which they charge $6.00. The room is comfortable clean and the hotel is nice but if management can’t even show compassion… Not again

I expected the hotel to be a little better than it was but for the price it was ok. You get what you pay for. There was a little roach crawling on one of the pillows in one of the beds. I know things happen but it was a little disturbing. Staff was nice and easy check in. Shuttle was on time.
