Exactly just a kilometer away from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport. The hotel may be old but it's very well maintained. I like this kind of hotel. Simple, clean, convenient, affordable, and safe. I don't want to pay extra for luxury I never use. Airport shuttle every half an hour. Will definitely stay at this hotel again as long as the new airport hasn't moved to Xiang An.

Excellent hotel, every service like it would be in central a world metropolis

We highly recommend this hotel. They provide a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The distance is only about 10 minutes from the airport. Since we were transiting in Fuzhou, we intentionally chose a hotel that was close to the airport. The hotel is clean and modern, and one of the main highlights is their receptionists, they are truly friendly and caring. The hotel is also not far from the market; it only took me about 7 minutes to get there. Within a 15-minute walk, I was even able to find a halal restaurant. I highly recommend Lanou Hotel. If I ever have the chance to visit Fuzhou again, I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is great. Just outside, to the east side of the old town (古城), with a few minutes' walk. Near a bus stop too, where we can get to most places pretty conveniently or a good pick up spot for taxi. Our room is pretty spacious and well-lit. Big bed. The column where the TV hangs on it's kind of a weird design but ok. They provide a sufficient amount of supplies for the bathroom. Hair dryer is like dyson. I was pretty shocked by that. Definitely a plus. Most of the room is pretty spotless, except the floor can be swept more clean. We found some plastic pieces and a few hairs stuck on the floor, but it's tolerable. We just dealt with it ourselves. Front desk staff are patient and friendly. I think it's worth the money to get their breakfast. It's made fresh every day and has pretty good healthy selections. Self-help laundry machines on 5th floor. We are satisfied with this stay!

This is my second time staying in this hotel because of its good location. I suggest that when booking the room, prefer to book a room that's 14 sq m, which is bigger and better than the 12 sq m. The setback of this hotel is that the bathroom has no hooks for you to hang your clothing. The hotel will always replenish the toiletries every day. I will stay in this hotel again when I am in Fuzhou.

Beautiful Antique architecture with model amenities . There are 2 washing machines and 2 dryer in building 2 and gym room .

Floor manager and bellboy service was good but reception quality and efficiency was quite bad and does not live up to a 5 star hotel name. Check in process took very long and message to deliver luggage into room was also not arranged and the luggage was placed in reception whole day since late morning till late night and still downstairs after we are back from sightseeing. Room is also quite dated , and we have asked to change room after check in due to smoke smell in the room. The great thing about the hotel is it's location , location and location!

説實話，這個價格確實挺便宜的，但是沒有想到是暗房，我們是過度一個晚上，不然真的有點想退啊，家人們如果要定這個酒店花點錢定貴一點的，或者換一家，衞生什麼的還行吧，我個人不太喜歡太軟的床，這個床挺軟

Located just around the corner from Zhongshan Road - Xiamen's main shopping street, and a short walk from the subway station, we had a great visit. We ate breakfast at the hotel which had a good variety of choices, mostly Chinese of course but also bread (a toaster available) and cereal too. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We left a phone charger in the room when checking out but they found it for us when we went back to get our luggage. Great stuff.

Nice location on right of front road is the Hong San Temple and on the left of the front road is the sea. Good Fengxhui. Walk towards the Temple and at the pedestrian crossing is the Best Juicy Fried Paus for your breakfast. Can teach the hotel from the fast train station by line 1 bus. Also can go to NanPuotuo Temple by line 1 bus Good value for the price of room in renovated hotel
