Service: The staff are all locals, and the room type is upgraded in the off-season. The yak hot pot for dinner seems a bit expensive for a set meal of more than 300 yuan, but Ctrip gave a coupon, but the quantity is super large, and then sent side dishes and rice noodles. It is my favorite hotel in this trip to Yunnan.

I checked into Room 207 at the end of September, and this time I checked into Room 307. The layout of the room is exactly the same. Maybe it is near the end of the year. I did not receive a call from the hotel before checking in to ask about the check-in time. The front desk explained that it was because the mobile phone number was hidden when booking through Ctrip, but I booked through Ctrip at the end of September. I can only say that this time the booking is not allowed to be cancelled, and the occupancy rate this time is much higher than that at the end of September (the occupancy rate can be compared in the breakfast room in the morning), so I can't take care of it. There was a problem with the hot water for the shower this time. Even though the hotel had said in advance that it would take some time to get hot water, the hot water was too small and the temperature was not enough. I don't know if it was because of the 3rd floor or the high occupancy rate. The breakfast was not as good as at the end of September. The Western pastries at the end of September surprised me, and the mixed coffee beans tasted very good (I bought a bag of beans to take home). This time was not as good as at the end of September. Benzilan is really comfortable, with a low altitude and comfortable climate. LUX* Benzilan adds a lot to this trip. The location is convenient, the room is large and comfortable, the balcony is right next to the Jinsha River, and the staff is helpful. The most important thing is that I can take a free ride to Wunongding to see the sunrise on Jinshan Mountain, which fulfilled my dream. The driver was warm and friendly, and he also helped me contact Nidin Forest Hiking, which is an unforgettable memory. Highly recommended, I will stay here next time.
