Good for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics. The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool. At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all. The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there. As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

Beautiful location, you don’t have to leave the hotel as there is a pool, restaurant, games room and beautiful views. Peaceful. Rooms are beautifully decorated and big. The restaurant has limited but tasty food that changes daily - nice Chinese food! Perfect for a couple of days of complete relaxation!

What a wonderful surprise when we arrived to this place. The rooms are all different and very well decorated. The view of the mountains is terrific and the pool is perfect. The menu at the restaurant is not very long but everything we tasted was truly delicious. The staff went above and beyond to help us finding a driver, selecting locations to visit nearby, booking tables and answering questions we had from CDC. They shared their wechat contact at check in and they were very responsive. We had a wonderful stay, our kids too. We highly recommend this place.

The service was super attentive at this hotel, far better than most hotels I've stayed in. The pool was lovely and clean. The building and decor were creative and nicely done. And our room was very big and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was quite good and generous, though it would be nice if they could add a little more variety from day to day (even just cooking the eggs a different way), and the sausage and bacon were definitely Chinese style. Our room also had no door whatsoever on the shower, which I don't understand. Maybe it was artistic, but is there really anyone who wouldn't vastly prefer to have some kind of door on the shower?

Art hotel is beautiful. The grounds are nice however the main road is is a little close. The service is exceptional, we had a person called Charlie help us through our whole stay and he was phenomenal especially in this more tricky times.

Beautiful rooms in a Beautiful setting. The pool is comfortable with some sun loungers. Limited restaurant choices but of high quality. Helpful staff.

訂的【繁花】房間美如其名；三樓位置視野開闊。莫幹山早晚温差；有地暖很温暖。住了兩晚；一天春雨綿綿、一天晴空萬里，各俱格調。管家式酒店服務，云云美女管家親切周到，恰逢生日，送了小禮物🎁和長壽麪。另外必須要推薦一下酒店餐廳，美味佳餚與美麗精緻並存，十份心滿意足🌹

這是一家充滿藝術氣息的酒店，房間很大，衞生乾淨，草坪打理的非常漂亮，寵物友好，小管家衹衹服務熱情，仔細，其他服務人員也是非常專業隨和，這裏拍照絕對是出片的，以後有時間還會光臨哦🥰

設施：酒店設施很齊全 衞生：房間餐廳室外活動區都很乾凈整潔，游泳池每天都有工作人員清掃 環境：很幽靜，每個房間風格都不同，很有趣，餐廳以及大堂裝飾設計都很有藝術感，還有可愛的貓貓狗狗 服務：工作人員的服務態度都非常好，加了管家小玉的微信，有什麼需求很快就會有反饋 大人小孩玩的都特別開心，等到了夏天再來玩水

很舒心很滿意的一次錯峯旅行！管家小凡貼心服務 臨走還送了伴手禮 很意外哦！房間很有特色 住的很舒服 唯一缺點就是沒有電梯！但是勝在安靜！不過如果是夏天來的話 整個體驗感會更好！另外就是肉包真的很可愛很乖

預訂芝麻谷純屬偶然，而且實話實説第一次看到非常有個性的房間圖片時是沒太吸引我的。畢竟在莫幹山一眾自然色系中式/日式簡約風民宿的風潮中，這種反其道而行之的風格確實有點格格不入。但在仔細研究了大量民宿的房型、細節、設施配置、服務評價後，我決定試一試。這個決定讓我們有幸體驗了一家優秀的民宿，讓我們不虛此行。 優點：管家服務熱情、細緻入微。酒店的所有房間都是獨一無二的設計，包括了各種經典的風格，並且不像大部分民宿那種流於表面的模仿，這一家的房間從硬裝到傢俱到軟裝和小物件，都忠實還原了所要表現的風格，讓人眼前一亮。餐食精緻美味，品種不算多但每一款都是美味。寵物友好，但卻保持的非常乾淨。空間巨大，不進房間巨大，而且院落內的大草坪、無邊泳池、娛樂設施一應俱全，並且處處是景，宛若一個公園。基本每個房間都有户外庭院或者露台。室內的大沙發讓人可以完全放鬆。酒店內的幾衹貓咪和巨貴都很乖巧可愛！ 不足：房間需要加多一點掛衣服的地方

最美的風景，也許正可以形容這家酒店，一進前抬大廳就深深愛上了這精心設計的藝術酒店作品和擺設，可以想像經營團隊的用心，到了前台登記入住的時候又感染到前台小姐姐和藹可親，不厭其詳的解說尤其是管家小陈同學，每个房間都有管家的標配，可說解決了我的所有不便，每个房間和餐廳設計獨特大器且特別寛敞，似乎在訴說每个不同的故事，酒店內还有电影廳和抬球、桌球間可供休閒，早歺也十分丰富營養，退房時还有贈送精美的小礼物給我們，感覺十分的賓至如歸，下次再來德清还是首選。
