Tha staff we're friendly very helpful. The place spotless. There's not a lot more I can possibly say but I'll be back and I would recommend this travelodge too anyone.

First room allocated and the tv didn’t work but staff kindly moved me to another room. Unfortunately the next morning at 8:30am there were workmen in the corridor replacing the ceiling tiles so there was loud hammering, drilling and sawing. The hotel manager refunded me 1 night stay but I don’t understand why they would use the rooms if there was repairs going on. Leaving the room I had to step over paint pots and tools.

Excellent hotel. We had booked 2 rooms and requested 1 as a twin room but were allocated a family room which was brilliant. Both rooms were very big with comfortable beds and very clean. Looks like the hotel has either been refurbished or is new. There was a restaurant with reasonable priced meals for evening. We had the breakfast which was buffet style with plenty of choice. Will definitely book again.

I have travelled to Derby for university from North wales via coach.Once I arrived at the hotel I was check in quick & easy by the lovely Amy & Asha.I had the most wonderful sleep in a long time,Visit the restaurant for breakfast,was greeted by Marie,please can you thank Marie for the most delicious breakfast thank you

The hotel itself was great, check in quick by the lovely Amy, The only issue was the room key, had to come back down twice. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room 409 what a great view of the city. Breakfast was delicious cooked by Marie.

We checked in Friday night where we was greeted by Marie, who got us checked in really quickly. Marie sold us breakfast, and promised us crispy bacon and she delivered! We spoke Donna after our breakfast to thank Marie for a outstanding breakfast ! I would highly recommend the hotel to all my family and friends

Love this place. Convenient, great location, relaxed and wonderful staff. A real gem. It is my absolute favourite place to stay in Derby, and it's a great location for travelling around. The staff cannot be more helpful and they make you feel like one of the family.

I'm a frequent customer at the hotel,the staff at this hotel are amazing especially Amy Asha & Sophie,special thanks to these three ladies,The location is perfect 10 min walk to the city Centre Always been a great stay here,Never been an issue
