Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Des Plaines

Kamers zijn verouderd, badkamer met bad is bijna niet meer van deze tijd. Vloerbedekking zag er niet echt top meer uit. Hotel heeft duidelijk een uplift nodig. Personeel is top, niets is teveel, heel attent en vriendelijk. Ligging ten opzichte van luchthaven is top. Ontbijt minimaal, maar lekker.

WIFI connection is not good. Sometimes I just can't download the emails.

We ended up coming in a night earlier than anticipated which meant we had to stay for two nights. The room was basic. Bring your own pillows; there is not a regular sized pillow in the rooms (it was almost like a square throw pillow). The heat lamp in the bathroom did not work and it was very dark in there. It was very difficult to regulate the temperature, the thermostat was located right under the window which had a terrible draft. It was also extremely dry in the room. Our room key did not work for the second night we were staying; we had to get the front desk staff to re-activate it after being locked out of room. Very basic workout facility, during our stay one of the two treadmills were operable. We had to ask for a breakfast voucher for the restaurant that shares a parking lot with the hotel. The parking lot is very small and difficult to maneuver around in snow. Shuttle pickup from airport was okay, took about 20 minutes on New Years Eve. For quick overnight stay this hotel is sufficient but for multiple nights I'd stay elsewhere.

酒店雖然距離機場很近，但是隔音特別好。就是打掃房間需要特別申請，住了八天沒給我換床單，視頻傳錯了，是隔壁喜來登酒店的視頻

I stayed here for one night and it was very different from other hotels. It was super nice and updated. I liked the use of cards for the light fixtures so we are not wasting energy! Good in the morning was like any other hotel breakfast but I did enjoy the options they had out!

Great location, everything around, many shops, restaurants. Very clean hotel, excellent breakfast. Definitely will be use again this hotel for next time.
