very clean room with nice view
I took a bus to get here but couldn't find a bus stop for Desenzano station.
If you don't carry a big bag, you can walk along the lake. It only takes 25 minutes.

Прекрасно провели время , нам предоставили хороший чистый номер с видом на озеро. Очень понравились завтраки , разнообразные и вкусные ! Замечательный ресторан на вилле для ужинов с авторской кухней. Из минусов не предоставляют воду в номер , только в мини баре в небольшом количестве. Напротив виллы есть пляж ! Рекомендуем

Such a lovely hotel. The service is friendly and professional, the rooms are comfy, quiet and well- decorated and the pool is just perfect. We loved the fact that the hotel is located outside of the main centre and we enjoyed strolling 10mins to the cafes and restaurants in the centre. Whilst appropriately busy, Desanzano feels less touristy than some of the other areas on the lake and this was perfect for us. Thanks to all of the Villa Rosa team for making our holiday one of the best we’ve ever had!

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the boat dock and the city center. Arriving by car was simple. We chose to self-park in their underground lot, but there is a public lot just across the street to the side. We appreciated the efficient, helpful staff. Check-in and check-out were fast. We spend some time at the pool and had good beverage service there. Breakfast on the terrace was nice. They offered a wide selection of hot and cold items, fresh fruits and juices, a good selection of breads, assorted pastries, sliced meats and cheese, and good coffee. We stopped for cocktails in the bar in the afternoon and enjoyed the snacks they had out for the guests.

A lovely hotel in a great spot. All the staff without exception were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts had a good range. The bar and terrace were good. We had a standard twin room which was very clean , a bit more storage space and a greater range of toiletries would have been nice for the the price. The restaurant was obviously highly rated but only had one vegetarian dish on the menu so we did not dine there. Overall a very pleasant hotel would stay there again

The hotel is very good, as are the staff, but the intrusive music at the pool, on the terrace and in the bar was a real pain. Most of the time the music was the stuff you'd hear in a club (repetitive beats, etc.). The music wasn't played loudly but it was there all the time, annoying if you're trying to read. The loungers by the pool are great for lounging, but not if you want to read a book, as the backs only elevate to around 45 degrees, so create an awkward position to try and read. I was emailed by the hotel a couple of times during the stay, and I replied, but there was no response from the hotel at all. Everything else was great, the room, the food at the restaurant and the staff.

The hotel is ideally located on the Lake side and only a 10 minute easy walk to the ferry. It is very modern but extremely comfortable and kept immaculately clean. Its staff could not be more friendly, efficient and helpful. The restaurant, although expensive, serves superb food in a beautiful setting with views of the Lake. You will not be disappointed.

We are a couple ages 55-58 from the U.S., fyi. The hotel was lovely and matched our expectations. Nice bonus was the happy hour appetizers and the amazing breakfast buffet! Lots of space to hang out, read, drink, etc. both indoor and outdoor lobby areas. The staff was wonderful and accommodating with storage of luggage, calling cabs, and planning excursions. We did the 4 hour ebike tour of the towns around the lake (more challenging than expected but fun and special) and added in the wine/olive oil tasting (amazing!). The ebilke tour took us to 2 castles and we biked through vineyards and got to see so much! We also did the tasting menu one night at the hotel restaurant, which was very good and nice to eat on site after touring all day. We took the city bus (super easy and close) to Sirmione for the day. Was cool but SUPER crowded. Glad we were staying in Desenzano. 100% would stay here again!

Hotel Villa Rosa is a super hotel. Spotlessly clean. The staff are really smart and professional but also really friendly and eager to help. The breakfast was the greatest selection of hot and cold foods, freshly baked pastries and cakes, loads of fruits, nuts, seeds and yogurts, cereals, cheese, meats etc. Freshly squeezed orange juice, teas, coffees etc. All the hotel was spotless, our room was cleaned daily and several times twice a day. Fresh towels and sheets daily. The beds were very comfortable with really good quality bedding. Couldn’t fault our stay and will definitely be back.
