I've never stated Agua Caliente I would never stay there on June 17th I came down with covid the reservations were made 5 days before that I started calling on the 17th to the hotel and the booking website Agua Caliente said it was the booking reservation website which it was not was not true on June 17th I walked into the Kaiser Permanente in Irvine and was given covid I immediately called the booking website which started working with them on the 17th he did absolutely nothing they even charge the booking website the booking website I'll give it 10 plus they gave me back and trip coins what I lost from Agua Caliente so all of those 4.5 star reviews I just want you to think about the fact that they said that I could go ahead and roll in with Tobit and stay there and make everybody in the town sticker possibly kill someone this is all over two days at $66 a night my family has been regular vacationing in Palm Desert for the last 28 years so for all those who want to give that hotel of 4.5 you lucky that no one got very l or died because I guess the price of human life out there for Agua Caliente is $66 that they would not change the reservations they would not refund the reservations the booking website late last night did the right thing and gave me vacuum trip coin what Agua Caliente took away out of over abundance of caution to everybody else we decided not to go but what kind of a hotel would be okay with a guest calling and checking in with covid in stead of telling them of course will rebook it we have proof of test a very l this is probably how the pandemic started I just think $153 is not enough money possibly for someone's life I'm glad the Agua Caliente think so that it's okay to come with covid and spread it all over the desert so I would think about that the next time you check in the person sitting next to you at the pool can have covid

很好的酒店！小朋友玩的開心！附近很多餐館和超市。很方便！就是床墊有聲音。還是可以給5分！挺滿意的！

房間燈坏了，前臺服務不好，我顯示想訂最高級的，但是，我要求把原先訂那个取消再換一个最貴的房形，我可䃼現金差价，我要求他們上ctrip查一下价格，他們很不友善，説要䃼多250美元

挺好的一個酒店，房間有個陽台，外面就是沙漠風光。酒店中心是個泳池和温泉泡池，可惜我們從洛杉磯出來，一路堵車，到得太晚，沒有去泡

原本是訂了甄選套房，1張特大床，帶私人泳池的，想着開了那麼久的車，累了可以泡一下温泉，晚上到酒店的時候，前台告訴我温泉房不能帶18歲以下的小孩，要求我選一個一房一廳帶廚房的，我跟前台説我們都已經吃完飯，拿個廚房也沒用，我主要是想泡温泉，前台就説是規定，所以也沒辦法衹能轉了帶廚房的，有小孩子的就不要定結果放心了1200多塊錢絕對不值。

酒店太偏僻了，服務生態度是客氣的，但是實在是美國的人的辦事效率不乍地！！！明明單子上寫了我一個人定了2間房，入住登記時給我一間房，非要搞一搞才OK。也不是像攜程寫的進店要給4美元現金，根本就沒有這個收費，只是每間房收了100美元按金！離店時還説要過幾天才能返還，因為房間不是當場檢查的關係。由於我們去的時候非常的熱，晚上出去也熱，露天泳池有點臟！本人如實點評！

住這裡是為了去約書亞樹公園玩。酒店位置緊靠路邊，旁邊有各種快餐與超市，我都是走路7分鐘去旁邊麥當勞吃早餐。房間比較大，但是裝修很簡陋，陽台推拉門已經很難推動了。院子內有棕櫚樹泳池仙人掌。

温泉還不錯，真温泉，酒店比較舊，還有就是刷信用卡100美金的按金，後來發現被收了手續費，建設按金給現金較好！

Très bel hôtel bien situé pour un arrêt d’une nuit lors d’un road trip en Californie. Et comme nous avions besoin de relaxer, nous avons grandement apprécié la piscine et le spa - très propres et bien aménagés. Le rapport qualité/prix était parfait. Je recommande.

室內跟室外有兩個礦泉水恆温泡池，另外有一個常温的大游泳池，酒店離購物商場很近，附近有很多很好的墨西哥餐館，價格很便宜。
