Beautiful hotel. Easy parking nearby. Magnificent facilities. Perhaps the rooms should be better soundproofed. You can hear the cars passing by too much outside.

I liked the hotel, I was comfortable. The only negative point is the poor soundproofing.

I said I wanted a double bed, and they gave me two singles. Then I had trouble getting my son into the room, even though I was paying for him. They said the room with the round bathtub, which is the one I requested, wasn't available and children couldn't stay in it. I had no choice but to accept the room they gave me, even though I made the reservation 18 days in advance. They forced me to add an extra bed because I had an 8-year-old child, even though they told me the child was sleeping with us. Also, the bathtub faucet didn't come out very well, and it took a while to get a bath. Overall, I've stayed at this hotel several times, but this experience wasn't very good.

Very clean room. Only one shared pillow for the couple, with no choice of firmness. A lot of noise from the street.

Hotel that should not have 4 stars since in some aspects its level could be classified as a pension. Be prepared to wake up at 7 am with incessant and loud noises of plates, cutlery... coming from the cafeteria. This would be acceptable in a hostel, never in a hotel and less so a 4 star one. Also noise of water moving through pipes in the wall next to the headboard of the bed. The air conditioning does not work properly. Slight smell of pipes in the bathroom. As I said, more than a 4 star hotel, a pension at a golden price. Terrible. I think it was my worst experience.

El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones, la habitación estaba todo correcto, limpieza todo correcto,lo unico es la ubicación se encuentra lejos del Centro hay que coger trasporte ya que es todo cuesta arriba de unos 2 km del centro ciudad.

Instalaciones correctas, habitación confortable, cálida y todo limpio. Estilo demasiado clásico y anticuado para mi gusto, pero tiene buena ubicación cerca de una entrada de Jaén y es fácil aparcar en sus alrededores.

Suelo reservar el hotel siempre que esté disponible por cercanía con vivienda de familia. Todo muy bien, como de costumbre.
