我定的49平的露天房間，為什麼要給我換成四角星35平的～而且也不事先告知我們，我提前一週預訂房間，結果是這樣的，電視機還看不了，我調整電視機搞了半個小時，晚上想放鬆看個電影都看不了的，我不知道這1000多塊，我預訂這個房間幹嘛呢？我們花錢找罪受呢？？我同意換房間了嗎？就擅自做主…給我換的房間又小，景觀有沒有我定的360一圈露天景觀的好看，我真的很無語…我們翻山越嶺跋山涉水的一個半小時過來，真的很失望，我男朋友還一個勁問我們定的房間怎麼不一樣，圖片上明明很不錯的，總之，睡一覺是可以，完全沒問題！整個這個操作我實在不能理解…為什麼要把我定的49平換成35平，還説是升級，我真的不知道怎麼升級縮小房間了還！！！真的很生氣這個事情，本來預訂好，安排很浪漫的一個夜晚，搞成這個樣子！！！我男朋友195的身高，床都不夠睡，兩衹腳還露在外面！！！！真的是很生氣，房間晚上又很冷的！！！廁所裝修的也很差！l！真的是太不好的體驗了！！！

no complaints with this cozy hostel. service is above standard; they actually called me up while i was on my way to ningbo to confirm my booking plus notifying me in case i am unable to find the way to the hostel, they will come out of a spot to lead me in. all meals below are free of charge. i highly recommend the mixed dried noodles as it is their signature of the hostel. love to experience the stay again next time to dongqian lake!

Nice resort for families with lots of activities for the little ones. Highlight was the service and all staff were friendly especially Mona who also spoke English well and shared her wechat and checked with us everyday to ensure our stay was pleasant. Bon fire and fireworks for Chinese new year were an added bonus. Mona also helped us book a BBQ tent which was a nice experience by the lake. The play area is large and could use a facelift as some areas seem dated. Buffet breakfast was nice with the usual fare and a nice touch to give the kids a small gift when they clean their plates. Although it’s winter, the temperature was quite warm and the room AC could only be used as a heater which made the room too warm so we turned off the AC and left the windows open. Car parking was mostly full during the holidays but we managed to get a slot to charge the electric car. Overall a pleasant stay.

設施：很齊全，也很新 衞生：乾淨 環境：很好，樓下還是個小書屋，可以隨時看，周邊也很方便，千佛塔，城牆紫陽街都很近 服務：很好，服務人員很熱情 早餐：很乾凈，不是預製菜，都是自己做的，口感還不錯，還有當地特色。

Hotel is clean. The room is spacious. Front desk is friendly. The staffs greets you when you comes and goes. Price is decent since I'm paying USD. A little more compared in the area. The hotel shows it's age, including the rooms. I booked the King Bed room at around $100 USD a night. But I like it when they give you 4 pillows and 2 are memory foam pillows which I love. Unlimited bottle waters, they are placed everywhere in the hotel for you to grab. The breakfast has a wide variety. If you didn't book breakfast a day ahead it's 100RMB. If you tell them a day ahead that you'll be getting breakfast the next day, it's 50RMB per person. As I recall it was $13 more when I book my room with 2 breakfasts. I would stay here again.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ningbo, China, which had a super location close to Ningbo Railway Station. The hotel's proximity to the station made it convenient for transportation. However, there were a few aspects of my stay that could have been better. The location of the hotel was indeed excellent, with easy access to the railway station. This made it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation options . The hotel's proximity to shopping streets and attractions added to its appeal. Regarding the food, I would described as ”okay” . It seems that there were various dining options available, but the experience may have varied depending on the specific choices made. One aspect that could be improved is the English proficiency of the reception staff. According to the search results, the staff's ability to communicate in basic English was limited . This could pose a challenge for non-Chinese guests who require assistance or have specific inquiries. During my two-night stay, I also noticed a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. This could be a concern for those who are sensitive to smoke or prefer smoke-free environments. Overall, the hotel's super location near Ningbo Railway Station was a major advantage. However, it is important to note the potential language barrier with the reception staff and the presence of a cigarette smell. These factors may be worth considering when choosing accommodations in Ningbo

Top in terms of location, facilities, staff friendliness and room standards. Zero stars for the quality of the dining experience, I'm afraid. Mediocre local dishes hopelessly overpriced and way below average by Ningbonese standards. Could have gone to Hanling village down the road or a bit further into Yinzhou for the same or similar dishes at a tenth of the price (and better quality). We felt it was quite an insult and if it hadn't been rather late and we hadn't been starving, we would have gotten up again and jumped in a Didi. My workplace canteen offers similar local dishes at less than 10 kuai/dish (ok, not a valid comparison, I must admit, but even the most expensive local restos don't charge more than 50 kuai either and provide bigger size portions and tastier). The portions were tiny and starters were priced on average at 100+ kuai while the mains, the size of starters, were on average 220+ kuai. Hardly reasonable for some seasonal veggies and 10 tiny rubbery beef cubes. The white wine hadn't been cooled (happens all the time but kinda unexpected if you pay 4,000 kuai a night for a resort in one of Ningbo's prime locations) and it was a cheap bottle priced at nearly 80 kuai a glass. Having stayed in a variety of luxury lakeside venues across Zhejiang over the years, we were pretty taken aback. For me it was the worst value for money food experience during my entire time in China. We loved our suite, the fitness facilities as well as the architecture of the entire resort though. The service was pretty professional and friendly even though hardly anyone speaks English which is surprising given that this place is regularly frequented by non-Chinese speakers from the local areas nearby (and we saw plenty of those for lunch). Also, in comparison to similar properties across Ningbo and Zhejiang, the breakfast was the worst also. Never mind the continental and English style brekkies (sometimes difficult to get right, we get that), even the Chinese dishes were mediocre (such as the soups, fried items etc) which was surprising. Should we return (we practically live down the road), we'll not spend a single penny on food in this place.

新年裡一家七口出門旅遊，酒店整體的裝修比較新，房間設施都配置較好，配套的有一個健身房，泳池還有小童創意工坊。酒店地理位置很方便，正對面就是甬江，毗鄰兩個商場，驅車20分鐘左右，基本就到鬧市，那裡的選擇更多一些。Jessica小姐姐辦入住的時候幫我們安排了很不錯的房間，我們三間房，特意挑了樓層，另外還做了梯控方便我們一大家人串門，同時也介紹了酒店的早餐泳池健身房已經營業時間等等非常熱情！還有要特別感謝賓客服務經理Ruby在入住期間的關照，會詢問我入住感受，是否需要開夜床等等，非常感謝~

朋友挑的這家高空酒店我真的爆贊 入住過程非常絲滑 酒店服務也很到位 補差價升級到270度雲頂套房 不管日出日落🌄都jujuju好看 酒店整個設計非常高級🔲據説由香港頂尖的設計團隊設計 配套設施也是很齊全✔️ 一樓配套有超大恆温泳池 三樓還有健身房 滿足各種健身需求 還配套寧海食府和棋牌室 最滿意當然是入住的房間🔜🔜🔜 空間很大很大 還配有衣帽間化粧台 簡直正中精緻女孩的心❤️ 裝修是新中式輕奢風 木質傢俱讓整個房間顯得高級 床墊很軟很舒服～各種細節也是非常到位 浴袍 浴巾手感超棒 房間mini bar都是免費供應的 不光是提供了水果點心🥧酒店還免費增送一瓶紅酒🍷 邊泡澡邊喝酒看夜景真的不要太舒服了！！！

Staff was not helpful. Needed help from front desk but to no avail. Did not solve my problem. Room Aircon was not working well. Felt stuffy and temperature was hot. Couldn’t adjust the room temperature! I called the front desk for assistance. They send technician to check on the Aircon but again he didn’t rectify the issue. Instead he told me to open the window to get cold air. I do not agree as I have no privacy and it will be quite noisy as the hotel is close to the highway. I requested change of room instead. I have never encounter such unpleasant stay in Langham Place. I used to stay in your hotel in Hong Kong and other part of the world. Zhejiang Langham need to improve on their service. Thank you.
