Hotel Ningbo dengan Spa

I recently stayed at a hotel, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The room was modern, bright, and very quiet, even though the area was quite busy. The bed was extremely comfortable, with soft, well-kept linens that made a big difference after long days out. The bathroom was also great, with a strong shower and good-quality amenities. The service was one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were always polite, attentive, and quick to help with anything needed, from check-in to small requests during the stay. Breakfast had a good variety of options, all well-prepared and tasty, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot drinks. Overall, it was a very pleasant and convenient experience. It was a comfortable stay, and I would definitely come back again.

What a wonderful hotel! About half an hour before we arrived I had conracted the hotel for a special request and they made sure it happened. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food was very good. We enjoyed our own private hot spring spa in our room and the ones in the public area. It is a great place to go when you want to get out of the city. We went for a long walk to explore the area and it was beautiful. I hope to go back to this hotel again soon!

The hotel staff is very nice and I especially want to thank 小孟 for going the extra mile to communicate with us in English and to make sure we knew where everything was. He also helped get us the shuttle car to go to the restaurant and for check out. The only thing I would suggest is that the hotel tries to improve the on-site fishing experience. My husband and I enjoy recreational fishing, which is why we were attracted to this hotel, but the fishing area was very dirty with fruit peels, trash and fishing line lying around. I dont want to go too much into it, but because the fishing was advertised as on-site on Trip.com, it would be nice if the fishing area was as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. If youre not fishing, I can say the rest of the experience was good and worth it.

帶着四月齡寶寶第一次出門遠行，選了寧海喜來登酒店，酒店服務人性化，主動升級高級湖景房，設有湖景大陽台，入住後俯視整個天明湖公園，還可以觀日落，十分愜意。 酒店硬件設施相較於其他喜來登，更智能化、輕奢化，附近的天明湖公園和藝術中心、城市綠道挺適合慢生活，第二天一早就帶着寶寶開啟吸氧之旅。酒店服務人員禮貌待人，尤其咖啡吧枱的小姐姐，及前台Yumiko和Brisa。本次入住體驗感不錯，如果室內有小童遊樂園、酒店自助更多樣化就更完美了。

An amazing hotel. They really took care of us right from the checkin. Rooms were so luxurious. Absolutely fabulous hotel. Breakfast spread was so good. I could eat everything. All the staff spoke good english. I did not expect this from a small city in China. All 5stars to this 5star hotel.

The hotel is very well located, right next to the lake and not far from Hanling village. We originally booked a garden view room but we were upgraded to a lake view. We had a terrace and the view was amazing!!! The compound is quite large and great for an evening stroll. The breakfast options were varied and the food was delicious. The restaurant staff were friendly and very attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. The staff at reception were also great. Very friendly when we arrived and very helpful to get us a golf cart to get to and from our room to the restaurant building. The only small thing that could be improved in my opinion is the cleanliness in the room. I'm a bit of a clean freak so I noticed a few things that required attention: a small stain on the sofa, some stains on the toilet floor, and there was a small start of mpuld behind the sink taps. I would've also liked for the bins to have rubbish bags inside. Small things though, and overall we really enjoyed our stay, and we definitely return.

The ‘hot spring’ was an highlight, the bike ride ( yeah, electric for 24 hours) from next door bike hire, awesome. We had so much fun, could park the electric bikes without any hassle at the hotel bike park. Due to heavy rain we called the bike shop who agreed to pick them up by car the following day, without us having to take the back by ourselves. And the hotel was very helpful to leave them behind. Everyone , without fail, has been trained in customer service - it’s noticed! A wave and hello, always given whoever you pass. Yes, I would stay here happily again in the future! Ernst New Zealand

碰到以前客户Voith團建，臨湖居前台升級到望山居。很開心，也方便很多。酒店很多設施在上半部，如果是住棲山居臨湖居去餐廳，泳池温泉都不是很方便。望山居風景真不錯，也非常安靜。到此為止都是好評。 然後開始職業病發作很多看不慣不好的地方浮出水面。第一，極樂湯一進湯池就看到温泉室外池有昆蟲屍體樹葉很正常，室內池也有很多，室外湯池旁邊石頭上有很多螞蟻。十一點多進湯池到12點離開沒有服務人員出現。那基本等於從十點開始兩小時沒有人來清潔水面，更衣櫃服務員忘記放置毛巾，呼叫器損壞，人是風乾後穿衣服出去的。事後給了道歉退了消費金額，並給了瓶五六十塊的紅酒補償。第二，房間問題，陽台防腐木刷了桐油，但是進房間的地方都是桐油腳印。細節不好，看着不舒服。一樓桌子旁邊窗户沒有簾子可以看到旁邊房間同樣的位置，對面房間人在桌前聊天看得很清楚私隱不好。餐巾紙竟然水台沒有放置，放在洗手間。電視機屏幕有損壞邊緣變色，房間植物竟然是塑料的。房間清潔也沒到位，下水黃色的水垢看着很噁心，而且上面的磚竟然是不平的硌腳，淋蓬頭調節也是壞的。移門莫名貼着膠帶兩天入住都沒有拿掉，第一次碰到高端酒店一次性拖鞋兩雙竟然是一模一樣的，細節哦。第三，餐廳服務員比較木納，晚餐衹會來收空菜盤，卻不會來更換骨盤，一頓晚飯吃下來骨盤沒有更換過。並且餐廳的座椅高度很不舒服，靠窗的座椅吃飯要呴腰吃飯（本人才1.7米身高）。最後一點酒店出行都是要靠高爾夫車出行，酒店為了安全做了很多減速帶，但是坐車非常不舒服，高爾夫車幾乎沒有懸掛避震。應該是員工培訓駕駛而不是造路口減速帶。既然定位高端奢華酒店，細節決定一切。總體感覺沒有以前去的新昌安嵐感覺好。

With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations. The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance. May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell. Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth. I planned a family trip close to Shanghai and this Hotel was an excellent choice for a calm, relaxing family stay. However, I have particularly chosen this hotel because it was stated as *pets are allowed for request(free) and I booked a Queen room with lake view. As I arrived this hotel, it turns out that I had to upgrade my booking to a Pet room which wasn’t featured in trip.com website so I had to pay approx 1000 rmb per night for my dog. The pet room had a balcony with a little grass but I kept thinking that it should have been clearly informed or stated. So if you plan to stay here with your pet, bearing in mind the total cost for a pet room will be around 2400rmb inc.VAT. Nevertheless the hotel is nicely located with a good lake view and the short trip around Dongqian lake was not bad. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a pet owner though. If you have children this hotel might be a good choice.
