Kkai??kai??10201This newly opened luxury hotel boasts a prime location with stunning views of OCT Bay, offering a grand and pleasant vista. The lobby is exceptionally well-designed, and the daily champagne ritual held here creates a wonderful atmosphere.
**Room:**
The room generally feels spacious and stylish, with tasteful art pieces. The view from the room is fantastic; at night, you can lie on the sofa and enjoy the light show over Qianhai Bay, which is particularly delightful. As for toiletries, I absolutely loved the scent of the Sodashi shower gel, and the French brand toothpaste was also excellent.
The St. Regis brand is known for its butler service, and whenever I stay with them, I always put it to the test. I personally feel that the service here is quite impressive:
1. **Ironing Service:** Two complimentary items per person per day, completed within an hour, and done to satisfaction.
2. **Tea Delivery Service:** Available morning or night, always delivered perfectly.
3. **Housekeeping Service:** Very thorough.
* They also did an excellent job with mailing a package from the lobby.
❤️**The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise:**
1. **Western Cuisine:**
I heard the改良版的班尼迪克蛋 (improved Eggs Benedict) might be Shenzhen's Top 1, so I tried it, and it was truly surprising – a must-try.
2. **Chinese Cuisine:**
The staff at the Old Xiguan Beef Offal Rice Noodle station patiently picked out my preferred ingredients, piece by piece, and filled a whole bowl for me. It's hard to imagine such personalized service in a buffet restaurant in this era of standardized management. You can truly taste a soulful, authentic flavor.
3. **Beverages:**
I particularly loved the freshly squeezed juices here; the ingredients are fresh, I'd say hand-picked. Towards the end of breakfast, when the manager, Vivianna, learned that my favorite freshly squeezed carrot juice had run out, she quietly contacted the chef on duty and had the kitchen specially wash new carrots, juice them, and deliver it to my room. This experience was incredibly touching.

Direct access to the hotel via Metro Exit B and free self-parking mean you can avoid the high parking fees of the shopping area, making travel incredibly hassle-free. Opened in 2023, all facilities are brand new and pristine. Public areas are cleaned daily, ensuring no dusty corners.
Enjoy a 24-hour self-service gym and laundry room. The bistro offers 1L German dark beer and sausages, while the co-working space is ideal for meetings. Guests receive a welcome gift, and coffee and tea are complimentary and self-serve. There are interactive events for game nights, like guessing the score for a free meal, adding to the fun.
The unique German-Cantonese fusion cuisine is a highlight, with authentic dim sum for breakfast. The bistro's atmosphere is fantastic and highly Instagrammable. The Bauhaus style is evident throughout the hotel, from the elevator lobbies to the restaurant, all great spots for photos. LLost_in_the_JungleIf you are looking for a peaceful escape from the madness of Shenzhen, this is it!
A lovely hotel with an amazing zen vibe in a very quiet little village on the road to Qiniang Mountain and the Geopark museum.
Staff is friendly and attentive, the hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean.
The breakfast was nice, especially enjoyed in the beautiful lobby with expanding views of the mountain and garden around the hotel.
It rained the whole time we were there, which added to the magical feel of the misty green mountains, but unfortunately meant we were not allowed to hike up the main trail of the mountain. However we did enjoy the museum, which is an easy walk down the road.
We stayed in the picturesque room, and it definitely lived up to its name! The room itself has the most amazing modern zen design, with its own tea room, and a dining area and fridge, which was great for staying in and relaxing!
My only complaint is that the room was missing a comfy chair to sit in to enjoy the view, and also a shelf over the tub to put your book. Maybe they could have bicycles on site for guests to use as well.
Also, there are no cafes or restaurants nearby, but I gladly sacrifice that for peace and quiet, and we were able to order 外卖 and have it delivered to the hotel, which was just perfect for a lazy restful getaway.

Stepping into the lobby, you're immediately struck by an atmosphere of understated luxury. Art installations are tastefully placed everywhere, making you feel like you're in an exclusive art gallery. Each piece is unique, adding a rich cultural vibe to the entire hotel. The decor perfectly blends modern aesthetics with traditional Chinese elements, achieving a look that's both minimalist and elegant. Quality truly shines through in every detail.
The room itself was beyond compare! The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of Shenzhen's bustling cityscape. From the comfort of the bed, I could take in the city's vibrant daytime energy and its dazzling night lights. The bedding was incredibly comfortable – just the right balance of softness and firmness – ensuring a truly restful night's sleep. All the in-room amenities were top-notch: a Dyson hairdryer, Le Labo toiletries, and the thoughtful turndown service. Every detail was meticulously considered, demonstrating a deep understanding of guests' needs.
The hotel's dining options were also outstanding. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including Western staples like pastries and cold cuts, as well as signature Chinese dishes. The beef noodles, for instance, had a wonderfully fresh and flavorful broth – a perfect start to the day, leaving me feeling energized. Cantonese cuisine at Rong Ge was incredibly authentic; each dish was presented like a work of art, and the flavors were simply stunning. In the evening, I enjoyed a quiet drink at the lobby bar, listening to the soothing melodies of the live singer – truly relaxing and enjoyable.
Service is another area I absolutely must highlight! Even before arrival, the concierge team provided a 'welcome home' service, kindly helping with a room upgrade – their attentiveness was exceptional. Specifically, Concierge Alan KYAN LENN was incredibly enthusiastic and professional. During my stay, he responded immediately to every request via WeChat, making me feel truly at home and valued every single time. The location is also fantastic – vibrant and convenient, with an abundance of dining options, numerous bars, and even late-night snacks just a 3-minute walk away. So incredibly convenient!
The fitness center and pool were also excellent. The gym is open 24/7, fully equipped with state-of-the-art machines, and thoughtfully provides towels, water, and fresh fruit. The pool's water was crystal clear, and after a swim, unwinding in the massage jet pool was absolutely heavenly.
The Park Hyatt Shenzhen is truly an impeccable hotel in every aspect. It's perfectly suited for both business travelers and leisure guests alike! I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

My room was incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated, with breathtaking views from the floor-to-ceiling windows that were truly refreshing. The soft and comfortable bed ensured I enjoyed a high-quality sleep every night.
The hotel's dining service also deserves special mention. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering everything from fresh fruits to hot Western breakfast items, and the taste was superb. This was one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on, offering the perfect balance of softness and support. The down duvet and pillows were also incredibly soft, gentle on the skin, and wonderfully cozy, ensuring I had a fantastic night's sleep. The hotel's overall service was excellent and thoughtful. Emma began communicating even before check-in, ensuring my request for a bouquet to be placed in the room beforehand was perfectly arranged, which saved me a lot of hassle. Throughout my entire stay, Emma maintained a professional yet warm demeanor, paying attention to every single detail, which truly made me feel looked after and valued. Qianhaishi Park is conveniently located nearby, and it's not crowded, making it definitely worth a visit. Overall, I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

GGuest UserI stayed in one of the hotel's suites. The suite was spacious and boasted an excellent design. What truly stood out was the thoughtful, human-centric care evident in the smallest details. For instance, the specially placed hooks on the luggage rack by the entrance – seemingly minor, yet they perfectly solved the common dilemma of where to conveniently place keys, room cards, or small shopping bags upon entering the room. This small detail instantly created a positive first impression.
The extensive collection of books in the room transformed the space, making it feel less like a hotel room and more like a private library or study. Enveloped by these carefully curated books and art albums, time seemed to slow down, allowing for complete relaxation and moments of serene contemplation.
The hotel's service was equally commendable. From the initial booking, a dedicated butler thoughtfully contacted us to provide guidance. Throughout our stay, whether explaining the hotel's design philosophy or fulfilling our needs, their responses were consistently prompt and professional.
Overall, it was a truly satisfying stay, well worth revisiting!

2203826****This hotel in Shenzhen, though a few years old, still feels quite new and is exceptionally well-maintained. I personally love the Nanyang style; beyond the design, it's clear the renovation standards were high, and the attention to detail is excellent for a hotel (being a perfectionist who's been through various home renovations recently, I can't help but scrutinize the finishings everywhere I go, haha).
The cleanliness here is also top-notch. Because my child touches everything, for years now, the first thing I do upon checking into any hotel is wipe everything down with disinfectant wipes. Even after wiping down corners and hidden spots, the wipes came back surprisingly clean, with no visible dust.
The location is excellent, right opposite MixC City, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Although the sea view from our room was partially obstructed by construction sites, it was acceptable, given that it's a developing area right in the city.
Highlights: The hotel is very family-friendly, offering complimentary breakfast for children under 12. From 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, the pre-dinner snacks served to in-house guests at the first-floor lounge were exquisite. What really left an impression was an incident: we arrived quite late, and the Hong Kong-style milk tea was gone. I casually mentioned it to a staff member, who said they'd check with the kitchen. I honestly hadn't given it another thought, but later, when I went to get some other food, the same staff member recognized me, proactively apologized that the kitchen hadn't gotten back to them yet, and then later, they actually brought it directly to my table.
Now for a couple of minor gripes: The lighting in the first-floor lounge was indeed too dim, though this is a matter of personal preference. In the sea-view twin room we stayed in this time, the bathroom door design is a definite flaw. It makes the bathroom feel cramped and inconvenient to use, even though the actual space is fine. If it were a sliding door, this inconvenience would be completely avoided.

Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful explaining how we could order food online if we choose to dine in. The room was so beautiful and clean with charging cable that was provided. Amenities is provided for the stay and topped up daily. There’s a cute lil robot that delivers delivery. Great service, homely feel. We enjoyed the stay a lot.
