Cuba batalkan selepas konsert yang kami akan pergi dibatalkan. Trip dan MGM enggan bekerjasama dengan saya. Tidak akan digunakan lagi.

The staff were so friendly. It was our 6 year anniversary and we had to book this hotel after leaving an air bnb nightmare. We ended up in a beautiful room.

Nice room with great view. Had a cool shower. The house won 🥲

Overall my stay was pretty good however we weren't informed that in order to receive house keeping you have to request it. Usually you request to not have house keeping not request to get house keeping. However the shower was the $hit..

The hotel was hard to find and was not wanting valet but only options it took 25 minutes to get to valet and 25 minutes to check in was not told how to find my room or when breakfast was after our checkout was told at valet I had to pay valet which is opposite of what it was told gobble experience at mgm

When my son arrived for his check in, they informed him that he could not stay because he was not 21 years old yet. It is not prominently displayed anywhere on their website that he had to be 21 to stay. He was stuck in Detroit with no place to stay, and no refund

AWEFUL staff, AWEFUL staff! Its a shame, Greektown ****** and Motorcity ****** hotels are wayyyy better! They dont argue with you they dont hassle you or give you high blood pressure when it comes to the $100 hold” they take at the point of checking in ! Scam ass hotel

First time we came in the room, we noticed a disgusting stain on the headboard, called housekeeping and they cleaned it. Body wash soap in the shower was empty. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice and huge. Room was spacious. Free bottled water was provided

Everything was very nice , one of the best properties I’ve stayed in. Check in attendant was very rude - everyone else that we came in contact with was very friendly / helpful

nice and upscale. friendly staff. would have liked the luggage staff to be a little quicker on the draw but nothing too bad. i enjoyed and plan to stay again.

I didn’t like kids have to be 14 to swim in the pool. My son who is 7 was ready to go swimming that evening we arrived. Only to be told you have to be 14. Then I ran into another family with younger kids. They seen us with our swim stuff on a stopped be to say ……..isn’t it crazy we had no idea you can’t take your kids swimming.

It was an excellent experience. I love all the amenities, the huge shower, the comfort of the bed, the large size room and everything.

I don’t like it when they charged me for the refrigerator and how they charge the food with the hotel bill
