酒店非常好，房間大，自助餐在肯尼亞酒店裡算很棒的了，酒店給小朋友準備了禮物~真是驚喜，服務員禮貌周到，酒店有多個泳池，自助餐廳，下了台階就是海灘~

海灘很美很美，遊客少些，更加適合度假，安靜且美好，無邊泳池非常好，酒店餐飲也不錯，適合度假休閑，很喜歡

We just got back on the 4th November. It was a very sad moment to leave. This is one of the most best holiday breaks we have had in the past 30 years. This is my honesty regarding this place. From the moment we arrived at the security gate around 12.30 Pam Sunday 27th October the car stopped windows down and we were saluted masuri the security guard and a lovely lady called, Pauline. He saluted us with a very big smile and they welcomed us in such a healthy manner. After a very long flight you always wander what this place will be like. Wow. Reception was busy as they had a local diplomat party just leaving. Greated staff in a very heart warming jambo and welcome to Mombassa baobab. Greeted by the receptionist Zehra was very polite and warmly greeted. As she apologised as the system’s were down and that our room was not ready. She then asked us to follow her to the garden area,200 hundred yards away to a warm and very pleasant seating area by the tapa tapa bar were she said please have drinks and snacks and we will come find you when your room is ready. Well here we go. Honestly none of this what’s your room number and sign for this and that nope. We were just absorbing the atmosphere and the monkeys running around. Not a lot just normal and nothing to be afraid of. We then proceeded to have lunch at the karibu restaurant. We were greeted by Silvia who showed us around and the waiters and waitresses were there to guide us to out table of our own choice. Wow what a view right at the back with the sea breeze lovely. Within an hour our room was ready and was guided to our room with a porter showing us the routes and area were we were staying. Beautiful surroundings all over this place. Room. 4 poster bed very comfortable. Room safe. Telephone. Tv. Loads of channels and movies. Good shower room with all required in a washe room and soft closing toilet seat. Yes have to say this I hate this if it slams in the middle of the night she’s gets woken . Swimming pools x3. Your have one for a quiet zone adults only. Was there for about an hour too quiet for me. So off to the main pool by the tapa tapa bar. Much better. Morning entertainment by the sports and entertainment team good sing along and aqua aerobics was good. Not everyday for me. Water polo was great fun to watch. Far end behind the karibu restaurant is another pool that accommodates children young families with pool table. Darts and table tennis. Walk pass all this through the garden area and you think we’re am I oh ok I’m back at reception. Now I’ve got my bearings. Food time. We ate all all three restaurants. Excellent choice of food to accommodate all cultures. I just loved jagjeet. He made us spicy kebab rolls. Swahili chicken was really tasty. All the food was so amazing Pasta rice. Salads. I can go on for ages. Well deserts I’m melting away . I can go on and on. You want to to diani beach. Safari. This is truly and honestly a very good place to stay. Staff. Very very friendly f

I was here with group of 42 to people. Twice in November . 05 -12.11 and 19-26. Still here ,last evening now... Such a good experience. Food , clean, outsanding view from the hotel. And the most important THE STAFF - perfect, always kind, reception, security , Suzzane in restaurant, animation team, team managment, waiters , every person in the Baobab hotel... 10/10.

Fantastic hotel beautiful and friendly staff. Tentative to your every needs. I felt like and was treated like royalty. I am hoping to return with my full family. My room was a great sea facing one. House keeping was on point lovely young lady. Bar staff friendly and served with good service. The Spa staff are wonderful special big up to my massage therapist Mumbo, beautiful in all ways. The young lady that greeted us for breakfast lunch and dinner was exceptional. Special thanks to all dining staff, I cannot remember all names but thank you to the young fella Tenga, also all staff in the seafood restaurant . Big up to the pool attendants especially the guys at the 3 tier infinity pool the Maridadi . The Jambo entertainment staff were great. The shoes in the evening were very entertaining I could go on. I was fortunate enough to be a resident for the hotels 50th anniversary which again was very entertaining with fantastic food. The beach was exhilarating however the one let down as it is a public beach the locals selling there souvenirs and trips on the sea were a bit full on. But overall a big 10 out of 10 for the hotel.
