Pros: Stunning beach with the softest sand Cute monkeys everywhere Nice cocktails Cons: The pool either has too much chlorine or they put bleach in it to clean it, as my husband’s coloured swim shorts got bleached on two separate occasions whilst swimming in the pool!! The food is very average and repetitive each meal You get pestered on the beach by locals Mould and mildew in bathroom (they need to use bleach) and on mozzy net and bed runner and cushions! I saw them mix old fruit salad with fresh and serve it! The orange juice tastes like bleach The milk is warm for tea and cereal Flies all over the food in the dinner hall Definitely not a 4 star resort as advertised on Tui website!!! 3 star at best! …

I love the hotel, it is what you see online. Great ambiance, clean, great hospitality especially from the staff as you come in they are jovial, polite and kind. The rooms are very neat and clean. The aok inclusive package is worth it on the food, drinks, and outdoor activities with very friendly staff. The beach is 😍. The peak of my review is that the hotel management is kind and supportive. My daughter got sick on the last day of the trip, we were supposed to check out by 10am. The hotel was kind enough to allow us to use the room to monitor my daughter and we checked out past one - this was a humane act. I will definitely be back and recommend my friends.

Our stay at Diani Sea Lodge was enjoyable but did not leave us overly thrilled by the end of our stay. The room was clean and fairly quiet, although there is a disco across the road from where our room was that plays music late into the night, so if you think this might bother you, request a room closer to the main areas. Upon arrival, we had a few interactions with staff that left us feeling unwelcome, mostly just a general feeling that the staff were not thrilled to be working there or to be engaging with us. The majority of guests were German, and we almost started to feel as though we were not a priority compared to the other guests. This feeling continued, ironically, until our last night where we had the best service we’d had the whole time we’d been there (at times it had felt non-existent). The food was a bit of a disappointment. Most days I was left with a bad stomach after eating at the buffet, so we opted to have lunch at the snack bar. The food there was pretty good but you can expect to wait up to an hour for it. Most times I had to ask to have our order taken as staff seemed not to notice us arriving. The animation team provided a great variety of activities but we never really saw much enthusiasm from the team and often didn’t even know certain daytime activities had started. The highlight, of course is the access to the beach. Very clean and easy to get to. There were lots of chairs to choose from but a lot are in need of repair or replacing. One’s wheel fell off when we went to move it, and a few had slats missing too. All in all, our stay here wasn’t bad, but compared to others, we felt it was lack lustre and like we weren’t totally welcome at times.

We went thre for a 2 week vacation. In general, our experience was quite good with a few minor things that could be better. The rooms were quite spacious and cleaned daily, no complaints here. Our room lacked curtains, when we asked in the evening, it was solved the next day, but it is a little weird that such thing was unnoticed before. The air conditioning worked well. We had some problems with the safe deposit box due to faulty betteries. The other areas of the hotel were not airconditoned. The staff was friendly and helpful, some of them even learned a few words in Polish, congratulations! The hotel itself looked quite nice, all the rooms were in a garden away from the reception and restaurant area, it was in general very quiet. Sometimes there were monkey droppings on the pavement, so you has to be careful while walking. There were, of course, monkeys in the hotel, but the staff tried to limit their interactions with the guests and I believe, it worked out quite ok. The food was honestly better than expected. The choice was decent, always two or three meat dishes and a fish to choose from and some option for those who do not eat meat. ALso, there was always an opion to eat two kinds of homemade pasta and two sauces. The pasta was a little bit overcooked, but I guess, there is no way around it in a hotel. The breakfast was particularly good, you could get freshly prepared omelettes or fried eggs. The scrambled eggs didn't look very appetizing, though. The best part were the sweet things, especially waffles. They were always very tasty. The dining room was not airconditoned and some fod, especially the chheses, didn't look too nice as a result. There were two things that need improvement: dinners outside (it was quite dark and when you were sitting far from the food area, by the time you brought food to your table, it was lukewarm, because of strong breeze from the ocean). Another thing is the long wait for drinks when there were more people in the dining area. The water in the swimming pool was very warm and the pool itself was about 3 meters deep at one end as it was sometimed used to train divers. There was a diving school at the hotel and I would personally recommend diving there. There was wifi available, although it wasn't very fast, it was enough for basic internet browsing.

Amazing place for vacation Loved the food and all inclusive deal. Loved the staff, very cool and warm to guests . High maintenance on cleaning💕💕💕💕 Super amazing and would go back any day any time . Close to the beach, best part of the whole deal.
