location is good. Next to Brahmaputra river bank. Property is ok. Their *** came immediately to pick up luggage from our car. Reception person was good and check in was smooth. Even though the breakfast time is 8 am onwards. We were served at 7.30 on our request. Now the negative points. The room alloted was very small ( supposedly we were upgraded to deluxe from superior room). Mattresses were hard and very uncomfortable. The overall service is very nice at the hotel.

I booked this through mutt and at the first glance by looking at the photos, it seems to be nice. But then when they offered me the room keys, the condition of the room was pathetic. There were stains of gutkha on the walls, bad odour coming from the rooms and the bed condition was not good as well.

Only pros are location & cleanliness. Rest of the things are the worst. Strictly not recommended for old aged person, don't have lift facility. Reception counter people looks very rude & unwelcoming especially that old aged grandpa. No food menu inside room. Even the executive high priced rooms has no window view. Lights are very less inside rooms. Hotel needs to be improved a lot. Next time, i might not be stay there for their unwelcoming faces & dark rooms.

It's an average stay at hotel devika. Rooms need more maintenance. Some facilities like t. V. Are just for show, but not in use.

There is no ac in the superior room. No lift in the hotel while they allotted room on 3rd floor. I booked room for 3 pax. But room size they shows me is too small to even haven’t space for extra bed or mattress. Bathroom is also not properly clean and small. As my booking is non refundable, hotel staff think that now they can loot us so they charge 50% extra charge for a little larger room. Hotel rooms are full of moisture smell. Horrible experience 🙁

My stay in Hotel Devika was amazing experience and very pleasant and the view of the Brahmaputra DTP dyke view was so pleasing to the eyes. I was mesmerized by the beautiful and clean rooms, bedsheet and the bathroom. i will visit soon👍☺️
