The check-in staff was rude and unhelpful. This hotel bills itself as an airport hotel but does not offer free hotel shuttle service. Worse, nowhere is it mentioned that a shuttle can be arranged for more than half the cost of a taxi. The extra costs associated with transportation (from 30 to 60 euros) don’t make it worthwhile staying here

La camera resa disponibile solo alle 14:00....almeno non ho aspettato le 15:00 come prospettato....e comunque quasi mai successo...Hotel più' che soddisfacente...peccato solo che i mezzi pubblici sono un po' scomodi...solo treno e NON LA METRO'...

I didn't like le parking as we didn't know we had to pay for le parking 20euro. We had to park our car on the street and we were worried about the safety of the car

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities, including Wi-Fi and a fitness center, were great.
