酒店整體還不錯！也非常安靜，設施都還可以，就是房間略小了一點，主要是和國內比的，但在歐洲就算可以了！早餐還不錯，不要和國內四星酒店比，煎蛋要自己動手豐衣足食的！酒店服務還可以，老外們臉上都很客氣的，一直都會面帶微笑😊

First impressions are most important, and the reception staff at this hotel were warmly welcoming, professional and extremely helpful. They offered much welcomed information on the free bus service running up to the walled city of Dinan, and helped to orient us to the area. Our room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome with a wide variety of all food groups. Although the hotel does not provide lunch and dinner service, it is within close walking distance to numerous good restaurants. On a rainy day, when the complimentary hotel umbrellas had been loaned out, one of the receptionists loaned us her own umbrella. Definitely beyond the call of duty! We would definitely return!

Wonderful location next to the river. Room had a deck overlooking the swimming pool. The bar overlooked the river with lots of restaurants just over the bridge. The walk up to Dinan is a challenge, but a lovely town to visit with many cafes and interesting buildings.

Location, location, location .... there isn't a lot more to say about this hotel really. It's location is superb. Close to the river, its views, ambiance and its restaurants. We stayed 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is scrupulously clean and kept well. Parking is secure, and Dinan town is a just few steps up the hill. All very convenient. (I'm joking about the few steps up the hill by the way. Its 0.5km of extremely steep climbing, but I'm 74 and did it every day!)

This is a very nice hotel on the bank of the river. The rooms are a reasonable size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff were welcoming and spoke English quite well. Breakfast was a buffet that was tailored to all nationalities and the scrambled eggs were especially good. We also enjoyed using the outdoor pool. A lovely place to spend a day or three, with loads of restaurants on the other bank of the river, a walk of about 200 metres.

I picked this hotel based on the reviews here, and was not disappointed. This is a high-end hotel (expensive!) but we felt it was well worth it. The location is great -- right on the river near all the restaurants, and on the narrow medieval street right up to Old Dinan. We had a car but of course never used it, since everything is so walkable. We were here with our 10-year-old, and this was a comfortable stay. We also used the breakfast buffet, which was great. Watch out for driving in! Google Maps tried to take us through the old (and closed off) part of downtown. You'll want to come around the eastern side of the city to avoid that.

Great place to stay in the beautiful town of Dinan lots of restaurants very close by. We chose to stay here as we were on a golf trip and it was right in the middle of where we needed to be so location was perfect. The hotel itself was really good and the rooms had comfortable beds. The hotel had a pool and bar. Breakfast was nice enough. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and staff were friendly

I’d go again lovely staff, hotel in the most lovely position. We will return. Just a couple of small points if you like tea take your own tea bags they only give you one bag of each flavour tough if you have two English tea drinkers and come on mercure in this day and age you could put more than French channels on the tv 👍. One tip in the room they leave paper cups for the coffee but we picked up mugs from the bar.

This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful place, on the banks of the river Rance. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing with just about everything you could possibly want. The room was very clean and well appointed with a small outdoor terrace. The bathroom was a good size with a large walk in shower. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but does serve bar snacks and there are lots of eating places within a couple of minutes walk. We will definitely stay here again.
