Location and food was ok but services and amenities required a lot of improvement, in some cases they we're pathetic

The location, cleanliness and service was very good. I have doubts about seeing previous reviews and comments but after staying have no regrets and complaints

As usual this was my second trip to this resort and trust me it was clean and hygene. Tv system were running, pool was clean, bar and restraunt had awesome food and cottages were awesome.

1. Carpet area of the property is much less. 2. There is no exhaust in the bathroom. 3. Commode was leaking leading to spillage of sewage water on the bathroom floor. 4. The condition of bathroom fittings is very poor. The fittings are rusted and old. 5. No strainer in the wash basin 6. Dilapidated mirror in washroom
7. Washroom is stinky
8. Door lock system is too old. It's completely manual with a lock and key. 9. Sub optimal lighting in room. Only two lights are available other than the night light. 10. Light fittings are damaged. There are wires protruding out. 11. The walls of the room are not maintained. Patch work is prominently evident giving a shabby appearance to it. 12. Toiletries include only a small soap and clinic plus shampoo pouch. Nothing else. 13. Blanket is old and unhygienic. It's been cut out of another big blanket and is just a piece of the cut out. 14. No slippers in the bathroom. 15. Unhygienic kettle and poor quality of water. Images as above

Near the nagoa beach but away from crowded beach area, it's a sprawling hotel with very good facilities like seating area, swimming pool, and spacious and clean rooms. Food at the restaurant is good too. We had a nice and comfortable stay. Value stay.
