Safe and secure for family. Rooms are good with ample space and all the required amenities. Beverage services are also up to the mark. Only one remark, if you required extra bad in the room the policy should be clear with make my trip as i had to pay extra charges for additional bad although i mentioned additional bad request in the make my trip application.

My experience at Hotel Cidade Du Diu was far from satisfactory. The reception staff displayed a shocking level of misbehavior, making the check-in process an unpleasant ordeal. Adding to the disappoin**ent, the hotel's location is inconvenient, a whopping 7 km away from Nagoa Beach, making it a poor choice for those seeking a beachside stay. The culinary aspect was another letdown; both the quality and taste of the food at their restaurant failed to meet even basic expectations. It seems the chefs are in dire need of some inspiration or perhaps a cooking class. Furthermore, the majority of the staff lacked basic ***ners and failed miserably in customer interaction. It's disheartening when the people responsible for guest satisfaction are not equipped with the essential skills to make one feel welcome. In conclusion, my advice would be to explore other hotel options in the area. Hotel Cidade Du Diu has significant improvements to make across various aspects of their service.

This would be the worst experience I ever had in Cidade de diu. I have been staying in this hotel for the 4th time and wasn't good experience at all. The staff wasn't cooperative at all. I had to request them in silliest things which was not good at all. I would have to think twice of arriving at Cidade diu for the next time. I hope I will have good experience next time.

3rd class terrible hotel, 3rd class staff, dirty rooms. Pls don't stay. Total waste of money.. we booked 5 rooms in dec 2022. All rooms are extremely dirty, floor are full of smell. Staff even at reception are untrained and uncoperative. Pls avoid.

I stayed here for two nights( 13 Jan to 15 Jan 2023 ) with my family and friends. Due to Makarsankranti the rates was quite high . The cost was not value for money. The hotel reception area is adequate. There is no wifi in the hotel room, I think you can only access in the lobby and not sure about the restaurant. The staff were friendly and housekeeping were indeed helpful. The room was small and average on cleanliness. The bathroom again was adequate. there were not ***y plug sockets. No tea/ coffee facilities. No locker or safe..Part of Room service it is good, The restaurant quality of food again was ok. . The restaurant staff however, I must say were incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. Nice and well mainting swimming pool outside the restaurant. The breakfast was included however there is no buffet so you order a la carte and some things were not included however we were not told that before we made our order. Mr. Ritesh.
