Overall good experience, initially we were surprised by the appearance of the room, it was different from the photo we saw in the Agency offer and the food served, but then we understood that it is basically one of the best accommodation units in the hotel, we had a suite with a sea view - I must say that we finally appreciated the view of the sea, the space of the accommodation unit and room style in European countries. The quality and variety of food also differs, but again it's a different culture and customs, you get used to it, if you choose a 4-star hotel or more, you should be satisfied and find food that you eat with relish. An entertainment was provided every day and during the day, in the evening there were short dance slots when animators invited guests to the dance floor. the only comment I would have is that sometimes they were a little intensive in persuasion, but otherwise satisfaction. Room cleaning-every day they tidied up nicely, made the bed, changed the towels and decorated the bed with the clothes we left on the beds. The cleaners were always smiling, helpful if you asked for new towels and always greeted us. The beach was nice, quiet and right behind the hotel. Only the sunbeds would need to be replaced, both by the sea and by the pool, they are worn out. I recommend a mat for those who don't like it. The male staff here are very attentive, helpful and smiling towards the women, but if you don't want too much attention, I recommend smiling at them sparingly and not flirting. Anyway, women have friendly attention, especially if they are unaccompanied. As for the guests, the hotel accommodated mainly French clientele, about 80%, so if you don't want to be in the company of Czechs, this is a good choice. Also, I recommend not to forget to get ready to give tips. The staff appreciate it and they deserve it.

We have stayed for 7 days in Palm Azure. Our view is unambigously positive: very good location at the sea shore, comfortable and clean rooms, very good food extremely friendly crew, nice environment consisting of many beautiful gardens, hotel is friendly for pets, evenings organised by young animators, inside and outside swimming pools also for children, gym and hammam. L'animation très bien esprit famille et jeune A l'intérieur une très belle boutique bazar (boisson fraîche jeux de plage vêtements bijoux et épices ❤️❤️❤️ et j'en oublie des articles) tenu par Adel un monsieur super gentil très commerçant et ses épices incroyable ❤️❤️ Ensuite également disponible dans l hôtel les activités extérieures ça ossi mashallah le professionnalisme de tt les personnes qui s'en occupe ( balade chameaux cheval quad 🔥 jet ski🔥et plein dotre chose expérience a tester et retester ) Personnellement je retournerai à cet hôtel avec grand plaisir et mon fils ossi
