I stayed here twice, I had to leave early to the airport, they had breakfast at the reception for me, super friendly helpful staff, amazing swimming pools, the room was decent, bathroom clean, good breakfast, i didnt have lunch inside because nearby restaurants. Its worth its money.

I came back for 2 nights A suite was offered to me for the same price Delighted🥰✨️

It was a good stay, tasty food, nice pool, correct clean rooms, friendly staff but poor animation, burkini allowed, medium beach.

Unfortunately the hotel has many minuses, it is a poor 4 star place. Today a worm appeared in the food and that was too much to write a bad review. The vacation was not cheap and I did not expect that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

I don't know where to start.... Maybe the good part: - food is made fresh and are local dishes - restaurant / cleaning staff are very friendly and doing a good job - Location close to the beach That's it. Bad parts Staff - some staff will pick food infront of the guests and will cut in line - reception... lol, do not try to ask anything from them! They will say no and give no explanation. Just rude. - not a big fan of animation team but that is just personal preferrence. They were friendly otherwise - some employees seen smoking and trowing away cigs / napping on guest chairs Beach: - they have beach spot. Which is poorly kept. We had baby with us and there was a lot of glass and trash EVERYWHERE Hotel: - Pools are ok - But many benches are broken - Cigerattes EVERYWHERE and I mean it you can't look at the grass and not see cigarettes - our room was ok but leaky AC / and moldy walls Overall this hotel has a massiv management problem. No real direction for staff. They are friendly but most of them not trained to any standard of a four star hotel. I don't have super high expectations for every hotel. But this has been one of the worst. Like they are lying into your face and and are not ashamed by it.

Reception needs attention Restaurant is ok service in restaurant is awesome But reception has an attitude Overall rating 2 stars No lifts no fridge The only thing that gets this place 2 stars is the landscaping and food If it happens and you stuck in this place Don’t miss the massage session it’s worth every penny Ask manal she knows what she is doing

Very nice vacation. Especionally the staff made it one of the best experience at vacation. All thanks mostly to animators: Dali, Armando, Ricky and Dzoo that were really crazy but in a good meaning. Thanks for great time and i wish we meet again.

My first vacation at this hotel turned out to be very fun and full of excitement. Thanks to the staff of this hotel. Armando, Dali, Riki and Musa. They made our stay unforgettable and we will miss these people. Food very good everyone will find something for themselves
