Perfect stay!! Location is right next to Southern Cross station and in a great location with access to everything. Staff were brilliant. They even helped me retrieve my lost baggage with their communication. Will stay here again!

It’s close to southern cross station and it has free breakfast everyday. However the staff forgot to clean the rubbish bin in the bathroom. We have been asked and calling the reception for the matter and it took an hour to find a staff to help clean it. That’s a bit upset as the reception staff kept saying : it is already 6 pm and the cleaning staff probably off already.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly, it was really nice.

We stayed here 3 nights in our travel trip. The hotel located in centre of the city. Price of room staying is valueable. Breakfast is good and enough for traveling day.. Nice staffs. We left early morning with great brf take away. One thing we are not really happy is that we had to wait for a 35-40 mins to check in, even we came after 15:00. The hotel requested a deposit per room even we made 2 reservations for all. It took time I think. I traveled more than 40 countries in the world but almost they used one card for one deposit only. We really made questions ourselves about reason why of this matter. But overall we had good time at the hotel.

Nice place for families. Near to Southern Cross

The hotel is located only 5 minutes walk from Skybus Southern Cross station. It is convenient and within walking distance to city center and other tourist spots. The room is clean and the staff is friendly in helping us to book a taxi on the date when we left. Overall, good location and clean room.

My flight into Melbourne was cancelled, and I was put on another flight more than 24 hours later, so there was no way I could get to the hotel. Because of this, I sought to cancel my reservation the day before I was due to check in. However, even though they had plenty of notice, the hotel refused to cancel and give me a refund. So as I paid for the room but never even saw it, I can only give a 1-star review. This comes on top of negative experiences at a Holiday Inn Express hotel in Queensland last year. As this hotel chain is clearly focused on profits rather than the wellbeing of guests, I won’t be staying with them ever again!

Room is packed in size but very well organized with a nice downtown view.
