The service is very slow. Should be improved first. should be humble Welcoming guests who come to use our services and serving with our whole heart. The important thing is that the service time should be faster. Most importantly, you should not ask customers about personal matters. You should have a lot of manners. Because it's the first checkpoint of your hotel.

Absolutely amazing. This was actually our second choice hotel as our first choice was booked out but i am very happy we chose to stay here. From the moment we entered the staff are so welcoming and friendly and do all they can to help you and make you feel comfortable. This place is amazing close to everything prime location. The cleanliness of this hotel is superb with amazing suites, fabulous air conditioning great wifi connectivity and big tv screens in the rooms. Our room was amazing i wish we could have stayed longer. I will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Doha. Keep up the good work.

The hotel is centrally located to tourist spots and the metro gold line. All of the staff were so helpful, accommodating and ready to help with a friendly smile. We felt very welcomed as soon as we checked-in and were offered a welcome coffee at the front desk. Staff members like Basit and Tara were always there to make our stay a pleasant experience. The hotel is right across the street from the Souq Waqif and it is accessible from an underground walkway in front of the hotel courtyard. The same walkway is connected to the metro gold line. The metro is very convenient as it is connected to many tourist spots throughout Doha. The front desk is operated all day and night, so it was very helpful as we had an early flight out of Doha. The check-out process was quick and efficient, and the staff helped us with transportation and luggage to the airport.

Spent short night in Premier Inn Doha airport during long connection between flights in Doha. Local Oryx hotel was so expensive that preferred to go outside airport. Getting visum as Schengen resident is so easy - like regular passport control. Uber from airport to Premier Inn took less than 15 minutes between booking and check in - price was 25,12 QAR or app. 6 EUR. Check in was mechanical but friendly and efficient - rooms are ok - not a great luxury but all needed for short stay. Bed a bit on hard side, but good sleep quality. Check out was quick and taxi was waiting to take me back to airport. Overall great and much cheaper choice for layover in Doha airport.

We (4 adults and 1 teen) have just returned from a wonderful stay at Al Mirqab hotel. Pre Arrival Prior to booking I made an email enquiry about the availability of an extra bed. This was answered very quickly and put my mind at rest about the size of the rooms and ability to accommodate a third person. This was also reconfirmed directly by the hotel less than 30 minutes after making the booking via Expedia. And then, the day before our arrival I received a courtesy telephone call (Doha to UK) to check whether we had any special requests or transportation needs and to say how much the team were looking forward to our arrival. I have stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world and never have I been called ahead of time to be welcomed. A really personal touch. Arrival Tip: If taking a taxi from the airport be sure to state clearly Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli and in particular Arumail Boutique hotel on Al Souq Street. Unfortunately, we were taken to the completely wrong hotel which also had the name Souq Waqif in the title! When we did arrive at the correct hotel the welcome was warm and our earlier stress was quickly forgotten. We were checked in at Arumail hotel with the offer of coffee and dates whilst we were waiting. (Thank you to Mr Mouhaib for the coffee and introducing us to sweet dates) Our booking was split between Arumail and Mirqab hotels but Mr Abdullah was super helpful and offered our couple in the group an upgrade at a discounted price so that we could all stay together in Al Mirqab. It was an offer too good to refuse! Once we had completed the formalities we and our luggage were whisked by buggy over to Al Mirqab. Hotel Location Excellent! All of the hotels are dotted around the souq, but we liked Al Mirqab because it was right next door to the Metro station. If you want to be close to the Corniche choose Al Jomrok. Al Jasra is slightly on the edge but no more than a 2 minute walk from the main area. Rooms Our rooms were spacious and very well appointed. Even with the additional bed in one of the rooms we still had plenty of room. The complimentary water and tea and coffee was replenished every day and the mini fridge was perfect for cooling the water overnight ready to take out with us the next day. Our room was spotlessly clean and made up every day. This was done without any disturbance or inconvenience to us. We never saw the housekeeping staff but always returned to a freshly made up room. If I had one tiny little ****** it would be about the lack of plugs; one by each bedside table would have been super helpful. That said, on the day we were leaving I found one in the wardrobe (near the safe), one ‘hiding’ behind the luggage stand and one ‘hiding’ beneath the curtains. My fault for not looking properly, lol! It was my first to Qatar, really it was very nice stay, the hotel looks great, food is delicious, cleaning is good, hotel staff hospitality is very good specially Ms Norie in the FO desk she was very helpful and smiling all the time, she went above and beyond to meet my expectations, she's a real example of the professional receptionist

Chef nikita is best you have , she is so kind and well example of hospitality industry member , well , buffet have a great variety. Everything was superb definately advisable , i will love to come back, offcourse service staff take care fantastically
