Ulasan Steigenberger Hotel Doha

We loved our stay. Great customer service They have an atm incase you don't have any local currency on you. Our room was upgraded, breakfast was perfect. In all I'll recommend Steigenberger to anyone.

Great hotel. Abit tight during breakfast time and lots of waiting around for the fresh egg. For a big hotel they need a bigger restaurant area. Was told we would get American and continental breakfast upon check in but was given basic. Table wasn’t taken for days. For a 5 star hotel its cleanliness is good but service could be better. Feel like they know they going to get customers as it’s a chain hotel. Best bit was the heated toilet seat 😂

We really enjoyed our stay at Steigenberger, it is a classy stunning hotel with great decor. The only downside to this hotel is the location as there isn’t much around it so to get to places a taxi is needed which can be costly.

What a great hotel! The room was extremely spacious, bed was comfortable, the bathroom facilities were also excellent. I will most certainly be staying at this hotel when I return to Doha.

It’s 22.54 and loud music in hotel due to an event, couldn’t rest at all this evening , very disappointed since it’s a 5 star hotel and I have been to many hotels in the world and never experienced such and issue . The music is vibrating in the room .

Nicest hotel in Doha, has everything you need and is in a good location, close to a big supermarket with everything. Heated swimming pool was a touch.

The entire hotel is absolutely stunning, with impressive decor throughout the building. The staff are amazing and incredibly hospitable; their kindness really makes a difference. Although there were a few moments of miscommunication due to the language barrier, the overall stay was wonderful. However, I was a bit disappointed with the amenities. The swimming pool was out of service for four days of my trip without any prior notice, which was a major downside given the 46-degree weather. Additionally, the lobby is quite small, leaving little room to sit casually. The restaurants and cafes within the hotel are also quite pricey and cannot be used for lounging unless you make a purchase.
