Hotel berhampiran Lusail Plaza waterfront, Doha

Der Service war top, und das ganze Hotel wunderschön. Praktisch gelegen in einer der größten Malls. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights for family to attend the AFC finals. The main reason behind this choice was the cowvineniat location 10 min from the final stadium and the claimed 24 hr mall(which turned to be a hypermarket, no even pharmacy or atm machine). We arrived around 17.30 which should be convenient time for check in. But the reception had only 1 receptionist who was thriving to assist everyone, which was too hard. Later on she had Nisreen who attended us and was trying to allocate our twin preferred rooms. She was so nice altough too much pressurized by the demand of guests unlike Hamza who was so rigid in dealing with us. At last we got 2 rooms one with king and 1 ready twin and other was collected after 1 hour. Strangely, due to the structure of the hotel, the higher you go the smaller your room became 🙈i totally understand that if the view shall compensate but unfortunately due the steel design it does not at all. So i ended up with small king room and obstructed view. I was fine due to the quick stay and high demand. Morning i found out there was no hot water in the shower !!! Here it really comes on my nervous. I called requesting room change and was promised this shall take place at noon. Breakfast in the hotel is too normal. Nothing to highlight. I packed up so they can transfer my luggage to the new room and came back around 15.15!! And apparently no one had any action toward my demand. Nisreen again was so nice to assist me and get me another nicer room with a working shower! And she accompanied me to the room ensuring everything is fine and had complimentary cake and fruit to us too. She is the only person who seems to care about the guest impression about the hotel. Finally we settled in, rooms are generally specious don’t get higher floors. Acceptable cleaning level. Soundproofing is too bad! I could hear the noise in the street and corridor. We can hear other rooms through the joining door too! Bathroom is specious with generous amenities. In room dining is affordable but low quality. We tried kids sliders, pasta and mozerlla sticks were not that good. Pizza was fine. Checking out was easy.

Agora autograph collection and Agora team have been my home and family for more than 7 month, and I was so sad leaving cause of work relocation. I have been living in Qatar for 8 years, and only Agora made me extremely happy ❤️ starting with Valet team, reception team, Raeesah and Tahir you have been my problem solvers, they way how extremely professional they are🙏🏻 Maggie from house keeping is like part of my family in the house, I trust her professionalism, she would notice every detail, keeping my place so clean and neat🙏🏻 Pool and gym team, you guys have been making my each day at the pool and gym so positive 😍 and of course Cristian, who is the most visionary leader and GM of the Agora hotel, managing a great team, leadership and teamwork, you can see how his team even so happy and love their job, that can happen only when you have a great leader! 👏🏻customer care is his greatest quality, not every hotel has such a great, professional GM in hospitality in Doha. Agora team❤️ thank you for unforgettable stay for 7month. Im so sad that I had to leave… with all love , Dameli from 209 🫶🏻

انا تاريخ اقامتي 2023/6/29 في فندق فيرمونت الدوحة من اجمل الفنادق واحدث فروع Accor all وكانت تجربه ناجحه استقبلوني استقبال ممتاز وتم ترقية غرفتي الى الادوار الذهبيه وبالمناسبه احب اشكر كلن من الموظفين : 1- خليل مدير الخدمات. 2- Raafat ghazali 3- Lavena نشكرهم على جهودهم الطيبه كان عندي مناسبة تخرج ابنائي من الجامعه وتم توفير كيك النجاح والمسروبات والحلويات نشكرهم على جهودهم الطيبه ((( لدي بعض الملاحظات ))) 1- اسعار المطعم وخدمة الغرف اسعارهم جدا عاليه ونار نار حتى اغلى من اوروبا بكثير والاكل جدا عادي وسئ 2- الاستقبال بطئ وصغير فقط عدد 2 موظف فقط 3- في الاستقبال لم يتم الترحيب بي كعضو في مجموعة اكور.

酒店還不錯，早餐也豐盛，服務很好，晚上附近有酒吧，很熱鬧

Superb hotel, this was our first trip to Doha, hotel is in an excellent location, with The Mall Vendome a 5 minute walk away and well worth a visit or two. Joannd was very helpful and called us as soon as there was a room available, so after a long flight and not much sleep surprising us with an earlier than expected checkin and a fabulous upgrade was very much appreciated. Room and view were amazing, bathroom was fabulous, you could lie in the bath and look at the superb view. Bed was very comfortable and room had everything you needed. Breakfast was between 630-1030 and was excellent, lots of different options, the pastries and the coffee were exceptional . Staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing at all was ever a problem. Thank you again for making our stay so lovely and thank you again to Joannd.

فندق جميل جداً و الخدمة ممتازة نظافه الغرف ممتازه ممتاز للعائلات الحدائق و البحر جميل المطاعم جميله قريب من الخدمات و مجمع اللاقونا مول سوف اكرر الزيارة مره اخرى انصح جدا بزيارة الفندق و اشكر مدير المبيعات الأستاذ محمد رجب على التعامل الراقي و تسهيل جميع الاجراءات

These was our third hotel staycation by Hilton here in Doha. Sad to say it was our best experiences among the three hotel. From valet, reception, room services, kids club, breakfast and dinner up to check out, My family got and enjoyed the top notch services of a 5 star Hotel. Very well done guys and you deserve a commendation and shout out. Thanks to the very nice and helpful Mr. Mohamed sahin and Ms Rebecca and Jenny for taking good care of my kids. The restaurant crews ramzee, Riza, lachana, and Karl for the delicious breakfast and dinner. You all deserve a 5 star ratings.

設施和衛生很完美，一切都很新很智能。最喜歡的是房間的香薰機，每天可以選擇自己中意的氣味。可能是淡季，酒店住客也不多，入住的這幾天吃早餐基本沒有其他人，餐廳服務很好，早餐的香蕉蛋糕非常令人印象深刻。美中不足客房服務有所欠缺，處理突發問題的反應能力欠佳，可能是新酒店的原因？
