"Big apartment for the price, far from the seaside. All clean, good service. They ask for a deposit fee at check in. There’s an affordable restaurant in the ground floor. The pool was cold but the jacuzzi was enough for winter. There are lockers and changing rooms to change before pool or sauna, and sauna is separated for men and women. They was all necessary kitchen dishes and appliances. Not the most modern , but comfortable place, we’ll be booking it again"

"I stayed here for a few days while changing apartments and the staff understandably assumed I was only here for a short stopover. I left an item of clothing behind and whether they threw it away or it was stolen by staff, I do not know, but they were so unprofessional and unhelpful when I rang to ask them about it. It was definitely left in that hotel yet they were insisting they had no record of it after I checked out. The housekeeping manager also never bothered to call me back and every time I rang, I was put through to unprofessional people. Would not recommend this stay to be honest. I’ve been in Doha for more than 4 years and this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at here, in terms of staff."

"All I can say was 10/10, We really enjoyed our family staycation with Sherao Hotel. The rooms, pool and overall from the hotel was really cleaned and wherever you go the scent was perfect 😍😍😍. The staffs were so friendly and whatever we requested they just responded so quick. Not crowded and well maintained. For sure will come back again soon with the whole fam. I hope they can extend the pool timing because its summer so we can only enjoy the pool specially in the evening. I hope not only from 8am to 5pm. But the rest was perfect 😍😍"

I paid R$59 for the buffet, which is expensive for such a limited selection."

"ok Crowne Plaza but unfortunately 4*. Difficult to check in upon arrival but worked in the business lounge for an hour so it was acceptable. Quite a crowd in the lobby at check in as well. Breakfast was quite nice and the gym was ok with adequate equipment. Unfortunately, the dinner buffet was not up to Crowne Plaza standards and definitely needs improvement. Fairly average food. I was slightly surprised after enjoying the food at the Crowne Plaza in Muscat just the day before. No comparison between the two hotels. Muscat one was is 5*. Room faced the street on a low floor and the view, unfortunately, was quite poor. Would not stay at this Crowne Plaza again."
