The hotel is centrally located to tourist spots and the metro gold line. All of the staff were so helpful, accommodating and ready to help with a friendly smile. We felt very welcomed as soon as we checked-in and were offered a welcome coffee at the front desk. Staff members like Basit and Tara were always there to make our stay a pleasant experience. The hotel is right across the street from the Souq Waqif and it is accessible from an underground walkway in front of the hotel courtyard. The same walkway is connected to the metro gold line. The metro is very convenient as it is connected to many tourist spots throughout Doha. The front desk is operated all day and night, so it was very helpful as we had an early flight out of Doha. The check-out process was quick and efficient, and the staff helped us with transportation and luggage to the airport.

Stayed here for a layover in Doha with my family. Nice hotel, new and modern, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff: Samson, Khalil, and Naveen bent over backwards to be hospitable. The Breakfast buffet had plenty of great options, and we enjoyed it. Highly recommend.

酒店乾淨漂亮，最重要是貼心，我在卡塔爾玩4天後，再到迪拜玩六天，行李就寄存到酒店，可是免費的哦，酒店還有免費的轎車接送機，儘管我的英語水平是零基礎，但是在這個酒店沒有任何不方便，因為他們有中文服務，我因為感覺酒店各方面都是非常滿意，所以又續訂了2天為了從迪拜回來住，因為我是從美國轉機到多哈，再從多哈到上海的行程，我是改簽的在多哈呆10天，就為了在卡塔爾，阿聯酋順便旅遊。我一出機場，就有酒店安排的司機等在那裡接我，到了酒店大堂，就有前台一邊安排入住，一邊把我的寄存行李和我隨身行李一併送到我房間，要知道我的行李是有50多斤重啊，如果沒有他們，我自己一個人該有多難啊！剛一進房間，就有服務生貼心的送來水果，點心，因為擔心我是下午到的，餓肚子。還貼心的給我準備了一件居家服，一下子就有回家的感覺了，我趕緊的拿出錢給小費，服務生居然說不要小費，我簡直是不知說什麼好了……我家人還擔心我呢，聽到我敘述的酒店的服務全過程對酒店的服務的評價是“那是相當的到位了”我也很感激，無以回報，就寫了這麼一長篇的評價以供各位驢友參考。

واجهتني مشكله اثناء ايقاف السياره من قبل فريق خدمة صف السياراة تم تسليم السيارة سليمه وقت استلام السياره اتضح لي بأن ايطار السياره لا يوجد به هواء ولم يتعاون معي اي شخص من فريق العمل لديكم وبعد الفحص لوحض وجود شق في الايطار مما كلفني 500 ريال قطري ارجو تعويضي مقابل هذه المشكله وللملاحظه تم ملاحظة المشكله في تاريخ 22/9/2022 ارجو الرجوع للكاميرات وملاحظة ذلك وللملاحظة تم ايقاف السياره مقابل الفندق

If you have an early flight to catch, this is a second to none choice. As can sleep all the way until boarding time. This hotel is next to gates. But there is another short sleeping area in the airport can pay to sleep a few hours. So if you would not need to stay long during transfer flight , can consider those short stay. As this is a good hotel, clean and with good service. Nice front desk staff. But the fee is so high comparing to hotels in other countries.

الفندق مستواه جدا جدا سيء من ناحية الاستقبال والحجوزات، انا حجزت عن طريق الفندق والاستقبال ولكن عند وصولي تفاجأت ان الغرف غير جاهزة مع العلم اني وصلت الفندق الساعه ٣:٣٠ بعد الميعاد بنص ساعه، وبقيت في الانتظار مع أطفالي لحين تحضير الغرف، وكنت قد طلبت شقة من غرفتين أخبروني بأن لا يوجد شقق كما تم الحجز وقد تفاجئت انهم اجبروني ان اخذ غرفه وليس شقه كما تم الحجز أضف الي ذلك وانه وفي حين قد جاءت اختي بعدي وطلبت شقة ووجدت، لا انصح بهذا الفندق ابدا اسوء تجربة لي و اسوء استقبال وتعامل قد واجهت من بين الفندق التي قد ذهبت إليها.

Just a short ride from Hamad International Airport ($5 Uber) and another short ride to the Al Corniche Street area to see many sites ($3 Uber) is this incredible Holiday Inn, I have never experienced a Holiday Inn like this before. Very reasonably priced that includes breakfast , a breakfast that you would see in high end restaurants, the staff is spot on and easy to communicate with, taking the time to talk and explain in detail your every concerns. The conversation always ends in a “ no problem sir” for example: I have a late flight leaving Doha today, asked for a late check out “no problem sir” asked at breakfast if I may return for breakfast after sitting for coffee “no problem sir” I was going to jot down names of the people who helped me….. everyone that I spoke with helped me! No need to look for any other hotels, this place is it. Many options for food and drinks on site, exercise facilities are immaculate, pool is inviting and the rooms are spacious.

Everyone made me feel really at home in my 4 days there. Irfan and Muhaidi and the others at Front Desk listened carefully for my requests and tried to help wherever they could and provided information for me around town. Gamal introduced me to the room and also took the initiative to guide me around the neighbourhood the next day. Staff at the Lounge also made watching World Cup matches there comfortable and enjoyable, sometimes coming over to make small talk about the football and was able to attend to our every need. For location, the hotel is within 5min walk to a Metro station and amenities like restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Room was great, but found deposits unfortunately at the kettle spout. Konumu şehir merkezinde ve her yere yakın. Kaldığımız süre boyunca özellikle restoran bölümünde görev alan aşçı Mr. Althaf Ambadath ve aşırı güleryüzlü ve iyi niyetli olan F&B Manager Mr. Kalpesh Padave çok teşekkür ederiz. Bu iki arkadaş restoranın en nazik ve en güler yüzlü çalışanı. Onun dışında Hk hizmetleri de güzel. Herşeyi dikkate alıyorlar. Ancak biz 3 gece konakladık. Bu süre boyunca bi yerlerden sürekli müzik sesi geliyordu. Ben sese çok duyarlı değilim ama eğer sizin için önemliyse dikkate alın. Nerden ses geliyo bilmiyorum ama benim için çok önemli değildi. Ön büro normal, spa kısmı fena değil. Açık havuzu güzel ama jakuziyi çalıştırmak için biraz çaba sarfetmeniz gerekiyor. Genel olarak iyi bir konaklamaydı. Kahvaltısı da güzeldi.

Gece 2 de güler yüzleri ile ilk defa karşılayan ve kaldığım sürece bu davranışlarını devam ettiren resepsiyon çalışanları Hazel, Akhil, Prinsi, Job, Mohamed, Achini, Vargese, Houssem e ayrı ayrı teşekkür ediyorum. Ayrıca otelde bulunduğum sürece zamanımın çoğunu geçirdiğim Boradway de görev yapan Lisa, Shela, Ronald, Anita, Alan, Wicram ve Jayme'ye de ayrıca ve herkesten öte teşekkür etmeyi bir borç biliyorum. İnanılmaz güler yüzlü ve yardımsever şekllde işlerini yerine getirdiğiler. Muhteşem bir kadro oluşturulmuş. Tabi ki bu noktada da bu ekibin bu başarısının altında çok genç yaşına rağmen son derece profesyonelce yönetim becerisi sergileyen Aslı hanımın hakkını teslim etmek istiyorum. Onun yönetim becerisi sayesinde bu ekip muhteşem bir iş çıkardılar. Bir daha DOHA'ya geldiğimde adresim artık belli. Her şey için tekrar teşekkrürler...

We (4 adults and 1 teen) have just returned from a wonderful stay at Al Mirqab hotel. Pre Arrival Prior to booking I made an email enquiry about the availability of an extra bed. This was answered very quickly and put my mind at rest about the size of the rooms and ability to accommodate a third person. This was also reconfirmed directly by the hotel less than 30 minutes after making the booking via Expedia. And then, the day before our arrival I received a courtesy telephone call (Doha to UK) to check whether we had any special requests or transportation needs and to say how much the team were looking forward to our arrival. I have stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world and never have I been called ahead of time to be welcomed. A really personal touch. Arrival Tip: If taking a taxi from the airport be sure to state clearly Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli and in particular Arumail Boutique hotel on Al Souq Street. Unfortunately, we were taken to the completely wrong hotel which also had the name Souq Waqif in the title! When we did arrive at the correct hotel the welcome was warm and our earlier stress was quickly forgotten. We were checked in at Arumail hotel with the offer of coffee and dates whilst we were waiting. (Thank you to Mr Mouhaib for the coffee and introducing us to sweet dates) Our booking was split between Arumail and Mirqab hotels but Mr Abdullah was super helpful and offered our couple in the group an upgrade at a discounted price so that we could all stay together in Al Mirqab. It was an offer too good to refuse! Once we had completed the formalities we and our luggage were whisked by buggy over to Al Mirqab. Hotel Location Excellent! All of the hotels are dotted around the souq, but we liked Al Mirqab because it was right next door to the Metro station. If you want to be close to the Corniche choose Al Jomrok. Al Jasra is slightly on the edge but no more than a 2 minute walk from the main area. Rooms Our rooms were spacious and very well appointed. Even with the additional bed in one of the rooms we still had plenty of room. The complimentary water and tea and coffee was replenished every day and the mini fridge was perfect for cooling the water overnight ready to take out with us the next day. Our room was spotlessly clean and made up every day. This was done without any disturbance or inconvenience to us. We never saw the housekeeping staff but always returned to a freshly made up room. If I had one tiny little ****** it would be about the lack of plugs; one by each bedside table would have been super helpful. That said, on the day we were leaving I found one in the wardrobe (near the safe), one ‘hiding’ behind the luggage stand and one ‘hiding’ beneath the curtains. My fault for not looking properly, lol! Wi fi was excellent. What we loved about the wi fi was that it worked in all of the hotels and we only ever had to log in once. Food Our stay included breakfast which for the first few days o

In a city - indeed country - where money seems the thing, this place is a welcome economical stay with an excellent location and super freidnly, heloful staff (they even lent me several adaprtorss when I realised I had forgotten mine). It is literally a few minutes walk from the National Museum and the metro station there. Rooms are a little tired perhaps, though large and spacious. And the Ma Maison restaurant nest door is an excellent place for set pirce, very cheap meals. Unless you want to splurge on your Doha stay at the top end, you could do a lot worse than stay here.

酒店大堂挑空很高，等待和見朋友都不錯。早餐不貴，大約60人民幣，吃的不多但是可以飽腹，風味就是中東傳統飯。 酒店拖鞋給得很好，底子和鞋面都非常厚實，讓我上飛機時候腳不冷，這一點比許多同等級酒店做得好。 房間比較大，燈光也足。 整體感覺很大氣。 唯一缺點是他們的電插口與歐洲不太一樣，但前台可以借給你插頭，非常好。 位置很棒，樓下過小馬路就是國家博物館，附近有一條街的飯店。 很棒。酒店完全對得起房費價格。且我發燒，身體不適的情況下，攜程管家幫我聯繫了許多酒店，提前入住都需要另外付費，他家不需要！特別人性化。 提示，機場過來坐車就可以，打車打出租，機場旁邊沒有Uber。而Uber從酒店去機場也不貴，才18-20多的卡塔爾里亞爾，合人民幣30多到五六十。 （諮詢時候，其他某酒店，不是這家，説可以酒店去機場接，人民幣200，就不划算了）。 這家很好，再來還住。

Accessible by metro from airport. Good service from the staff at the reception, especially Mr. Fairoz, who was very friendly to assist and provide some advice for me, even helped me take some nice photos. The hotel itself isn't as bad as described by some in the comments. The room and breakfast buffet were fairly decent. Distance wise is good if you wanna be close to the National Museum and a metro station, Souq Waqif is also not too far away by walking at night.

I am with please want to leave positive review for this hotel. Very good location concerning with the beach, malls, main roads. Hotel have a wonderful amenities: nice gym ( I am trainer, I know it), restaurants with buffet and good menu, perfect open space with big pool included umbrellas, sunbeds and sittings for enjoying. There are a lot of amenities for sport: basketball, football, game zones etc. And a big area for the children with equipment. I think this hotel is the best if compare with this amenities and price for that. Amazing front desk management, always positive and helpful. Perfect housekeeping, clean bed linen, it was very important for me. Big thankful I wanted to say to Azhar, he is amazing, very professional and very very kind. (good luck bro). Highly recommended!

I’m never found any hotel has amazing facilities like Evian spa . They have snow room and many facilities I can not remember the name . The staff was nice especially my therapist Meri / Mira I don’t memorize her name .but she so friendly and warm . She has magic hand and focus with the concern area.and only this spa I think they can make it special event set up . I will bringing my sister someday to Evian when she had birthday .

الفندق مستواه جدا جدا سيء من ناحية الاستقبال والحجوزات، انا حجزت عن طريق الفندق والاستقبال ولكن عند وصولي تفاجأت ان الغرف غير جاهزة مع العلم اني وصلت الفندق الساعه ٣:٣٠ بعد الميعاد بنص ساعه، وبقيت في الانتظار مع أطفالي لحين تحضير الغرف، وكنت قد طلبت شقة من غرفتين أخبروني بأن لا يوجد شقق كما تم الحجز وقد تفاجئت انهم اجبروني ان اخذ غرفه وليس شقه كما تم الحجز أضف الي ذلك وانه وفي حين قد جاءت اختي بعدي وطلبت شقة ووجدت، لا انصح بهذا الفندق ابدا اسوء تجربة لي و اسوء استقبال وتعامل قد واجهت من بين الفندق التي قد ذهبت إليها.

Worst service you will ever have. We asks for a manager to assist us and requesting for consideration as we book to meet up with friends. They didn't allow us to come up in the room. As per the guy that talk to us. His name is Tony and seems his approach to us is more than a hotel security and he react all the time during the conversation instead of responding. His rude also the way he talk to us maybe because we're Asian that's why he doesn't even show any professional approach and instead of explaining nicely. His trying to show that we don't know anything. And telling us that all the rules is written on the paper that sign of our friends that come first to the hotel and insisting that, we should go through the whole thing while our friends are rush to sign in the reception and not being told of the timing. Considering that we booked the hotel through platform and there was none being mentioned that we cannot come up late at night even though, we booked the hotel untill the following day.

The rooms are amazing and spacious, and the food is very good. Be ready to be treated like royalty as the service provided by the staff was outstanding. Nothing was too much for them. Abu, the life guard by the pool side was beyond words. He went above and beyond to look after us. Always made sure we were comfortable and looked after. Mary by the security was super friendly and lovely to speak to. Jane by the pool side was so welcoming and ensured we had the best service. We are definitely returning to this hotel. Ramadhan always made sure we had our drinks and towels, and constantly checked on us. Can't wait to go back..

I commend the hotel for being cautious. They have the means for sanitizing their incoming guests. However, i don't get the point why they could not give the key card at the time of check in. As for me, i did not get it at all. Also, the menu that they have in my previous room is not new so are the prices. I get to know it from the In room dining. This is actually inappropriate. They should remove the old menu since it is misleading. Also, i don't like how the lady from IRD who took my order for breakfast on 9th of June. She sounds like she's telling me i am ignorant about their prices. Just a reminder, doesn't mean we are both the same nationality you can treat me like that. Whoever or whatever you are, you should know how to deal with guest.

Everyone made me feel really at home in my 4 days there. Irfan and Muhaidi and the others at Front Desk listened carefully for my requests and tried to help wherever they could and provided information for me around town. Gamal introduced me to the room and also took the initiative to guide me around the neighbourhood the next day. Staff at the Lounge also made watching World Cup matches there comfortable and enjoyable, sometimes coming over to make small talk about the football and was able to attend to our every need. For location, the hotel is within 5min walk to a Metro station and amenities like restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Room was great, but found deposits unfortunately at the kettle spout.
