過年去無早餐，但環境不錯，全新，能看到日出日落！公交車方便！公寓酒店非常適合一家人，非常舒服！重點是被子床鋪無異味，非常乾淨！有冰箱洗衣機，有獨立小孩房間！

因為考試來的民宿，離學校確實非常近 下樓就是廣科，這一點無可挑剔，打車和吃飯也非常方便。當然作為學校周邊民宿來説，環境和房間衞生情況確實不錯。但是樓距很近，浴室窗口對面就是對面樓的天台，有心的話可以直接過去了。而且隔音很差，一個晚上幾乎沒有睡好，隔壁説話吹風機的聲音清清楚楚。見仁見智了。窗外的風景確實不錯，看得到夕陽。

環境優美，服務員的工作態度非常好，完全體現出來一個服務人員的基本素養，這一點非常點讚的，忘記是幾號了。酒店點的外賣可以直接送到房間，這個還是比較好的，酒店的配套設施齊全，都很好用，下次會推薦朋友住。

房間乾淨整潔，各種設施都比較新。投影看節目非常方便，床頭控制按鍵功能齊全，使用方便。酒店位置不錯，周邊吃飯和買東西都很方便，有免費的停車場，有免費的洗衣房。前台和老闆非常熱情。整體入住的感覺很好。

這家酒店環境優美，房間舒適 衞生，周圍逛街吃飯都不錯，地理位置好，交通方便。前台南葉服務很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，早餐豐富，設施很人性化，網絡高速信號好。酒店小擺件的設計也很有特色。性價比不錯，下次還要入住。 Ps.主要前台 南葉 服務品質5星標準👍

Rebecca and Naomi gave us excellent customer service at the front desk. Helped with taxis, COVID-19 tests, and overall everything and anything about the resort and hotel. We enjoyed our stay here because of the service this hotel gave us. “Foreigners” friendly and staff do speak English for visitors convenience. We enjoyed the big swimming pool. Swimming pool was and is family, couples, adults and children-friendly. Plenty of lifeguards around to assist and take care of swimmers. A few floaters and volleyball space to enjoy in the pool. Great hotel and a stone throw away from the city centre and buzzing nightlife clubs and pubs. Between 10-15 mins drive. See you next time.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, they speak English too. The area is perfect. Walking distance from a huge shopping mall and several others around. More shops nearby too. They have a basketball court right there, just outside the hotel grounds. Very entertaining.

My stay at here was exceptional! The luxurious ambiance, impeccable service, and attention to detail made it unforgettable. Recently renovated and they have done a great job - especially the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are large and well equipped but they are very mean with the tea/coffee giving just 1 small coffee sachet (enough for half a cup) but providing 2 cups. However, they are happy to send extra but in the standard of hotel you should not need to ask. RIP the mini bar - they used to have a great mini bar with snacks, wine/beer etc. Now it is a fridge with a couple of bottle of soft drinks. On the subject of alcohol - the old Carmens bar which had several pool tables and a relaxed atmosphere - has now closed and replaced with what is intended to be a lobby bar but looks more like a bottle museum. The lighting is way too bright for a bar - it's pretty much floodlight so if you want a nice cozy relaxing drink forget it. They have a trolley full of great booze tucked away in the side room - various spirits, liqueurs. They need to set them up on the virtually empty shelves and at least try and make it look like bar. Final gripe is the staff in this brilliantly lit bar have zero interest in what they are doing. Not a single smile or any expression of anything on both evenings I was there. Just a blank stare then back to the phone screen. The breakfast was excellent as were the staff - very helpful and smiley. Front desk were also great. However, to be considered of a International standard (they plan to join a major chain soon) they really need to improve spoken English
