I would like to said everything is prefect except the service, when I tried to check in the front desk lady are a little bit confused me, I asked her can I live in a high floor. I can’t believe her answer, she said your room are only in second floor. First, u can say sorry and there is no type of the room u booked are in high floor. Second, she can offer price up to upgrade. She doesn’t say anything about it but show her guest a ugly face that u can’t support it. Excuse me?! Do u know u was in a hotel server position! Are you serious?! Then I am a person that very scared of smoking. I asked her again do u guys have non-smoking room?! To be honest, her show me another thing of the same face and told me there is no nonsmoking or smoking room. After over, she continued to training a new girl how to used the system of checking in. If u r the trainer I will be launching on it, I don’t believe she knows how to handle anything but nothing. By the way, the night girl are much better, I chose to live another night and I ask her should I needed to come and check out then checking in again. She asked me what room and then help me to scan the room card, and I am good to go. This is called service. Lol, otherwise it’s prefect.
