看得出來，這家店是想好好做酒店的，服務、設施各方面都挺好的，很新。前台小姐姐、小帥哥都很有禮貌，然後就是衞生可能要更精細搞一下，我是當晚十一點多入住的，進門上廁所看見廁所垃圾桶上面有很濃密的假睫毛，應該是上一個顧客留下的，不是我的，我的假睫毛是自然款的（當晚玩了一天辦入住，睫毛路上早扯完了）其他的沒什麼，都挺好的（酒店照片沒拍哈哈，下面照片玩的時候拍的🥰）

酒店的旁邊1就是1服裝批發市場，有點1沒落，但是我還是買了幾件滿意的衣服。
前台的員工也很nice。這個價錢可以是非常滿意的入住體驗。

Very nice hotel. Modern rooms and all amenities. Had a room with a great 180 degree view. Only, be aware this is also the smallest room on the floor. It is quite a narrow room with only about 40cm space between the bed and the opposite wall. As such the (nice and spacious) sink, toilet cubicle and shower room are besides eachother along the entrance. Different but all good. I travelled on my own; for a couple it might get a bit tight. Overall very satisfied. And close to Humen train station; reason why I choose the hotel.

以前這家酒店叫蘭茲酒店，也是一直住，後面聽説轉給別的老闆做了，也奔着試試的心態再次來住。來之前看了他家的評論，好評多，差評也有。開車進來車場，車位差不多滿的，保安馬上給我安排了車位，也交代我保管好個人物品，車門鎖好，如果有需要移車可以把車鑰匙放前台，有專人給停放，個人感覺挺靈活性，虎門這邊的酒店除了五星酒店其他商務酒店車位都緊張，他家酒店這樣處理不會讓人沒車位。進去酒店後，大堂還是一如既往的雅緻，書香的感覺，以前我就愛空閑看看他們家的書籍，各種都有，能滿足我無聊的時候不想玩手機的時間。大堂還加了茶水桶，有養生茶，還有冰桶，挺人性化。前台小姐姐馬上跟我打招呼問我是否有預訂，還特別讓我先上去參觀房間是否滿意再安排，真好，比以前蘭茲好。入住沒有收按金留了電話，還給我早餐券交代了早餐時間，洗衣機烘乾機的位置，還有退房時間下午2點。我剛好第二天是3點約了客户問他們能否推遲半小時，前台説可以的。進去房間後的確是有變化，以前蘭茲地板發黴發臭，換了防水的地板，乾淨衞生，給我巨恐地毯的人來説挺好的。以前我住過河景房，這次給我安排是市景房，能看到黃河，也別有一番風味，車水馬龍，燈紅酒綠，曾經的虎門也是熱鬧的很。還好，房間安靜，用的用品也算是五星標配，水喝的是景田水，之前蘭茲配的沒有那麼好，可見這個老闆是用心對客户了。第二天早餐還行，咖啡奶茶豆漿，粥粉面，粗糧雞蛋，炒菜，包子，也基本滿足早餐的胃。他家的服務配套對的起這一兩百的價格。下次還是選擇的。之所以長篇評論下，也是真心希望他們家能一如既往的保持服務質量，衞生質量。讓我往後再次來虎門不用有選擇困難症，直接來他們家住就好了！

帶娃第一次入住這家酒店，整體感覺還不錯，酒店12樓還有一個自助洗衣房，剛好可以免費的洗衣服，訂了行政大床房，前台小妹服務很好還給我和小朋友送了早餐，早餐🥣還可以有現磨咖啡☕️，各式包點還有小朋友的最愛火腿腸，酒店整體設施、服務挺不錯👍，衞生挺乾淨的馬桶還配備了馬桶座墊。性價比很高。下回再來入住。。。

進到前廳，接待服務都很禮貌和細節，會温馨的提醒我下的訂單的內容，進到房間就很乾凈明亮和温馨，有些港式風的裝修設計，第二天吃早餐的時候才發現這邊是自助式的早餐，品種很多，有中式和西點，這次住宿性價比是我在東莞這邊發現最高的，下次過來還會選擇這家酒店，希望繼續保持！

住習慣了維也納，這次過來沙田首選也是住維也納，這家酒店在沙田的鎮中心，進來酒店大堂給我感覺很高大上，因為有些大堂屬實小。前台小姐姐很熱情打招呼，辦理入住過程中也是快，態度很好。一共有4部電梯，很快就可以上到樓層。進到房間衞生很乾凈，樓層比較高，視野也很開闊。比較安靜。整體非常滿意！

VVipin Seth Xie WeipingMost of the experience was good in terms of rooms facilities and cleanliness etc. But service was the food is big question. There was no menu in the room. English speak staff was a big challenge.
I ordered food twice. In the afternoon time the food served was not warm enough. The Spaghetti Bolognaise the sauce wasn't confident and the meat mince was very tough. The Malaysian curry rice was nice. The Fruit platter was also okay...though the selection of fruits was very limited.
The dinner time, was even worse, they did not serve my ordered dish, they could not cancel the order, the replacement they gave to us was not cooked properly did not taste good. Both the soup were okay. moreover the communication with the hotel staff wasn't comfortable. if they did not have a particular dish they should have removed it from the digital menu and if not should have been able to cancel the order. The alternative to the dish was very ordinary. In total I spent over RMB 546 on food. I think it wasn't worth the money spent. So, Good location, cleanliness and facilities ..but service and quality of food...not good...so, a lot of improvement can be done.

Also, we need a safe for keeping passports, IDs, etc in each room or public place.

PPengguna Tetamu這次出差時間比較長，週末和晚上有點無聊。前台小姐姐熱情推薦去了幾個地方很不錯的。覺得周邊挺有人間煙火的。走路逛了附近的古荔公園，全是百年以上的荔枝樹，還有荔枝文化的介紹，讓我這個北方人長見識了。打桌球，音樂溜冰場，感覺又被現在的00後重新撿回來了！這不是我們曾經瘋魔的玩耍方式嗎？有點懷舊。現場很熱鬧，氣氛很好。還有幾十家各地菜系的大排檔，小吃一條街，倒不覺得獨在異鄉為異客了。喝了杯檸檬茶，擼了串，回到酒店，很安靜祥和，我很少坐電梯，喜歡走酒店的樓梯，開闊，舒心。房間裏一好既往的乾淨，整潔，還準備了一杯現磨咖啡。用慣了酒店的智能管家，住別的沒有智能系統的客房，竟然也直接叫“小麥關窗簾”了！尷尬了！明天早上到樓下游個泳，再去吃個當地腸粉。雖然酒店早餐也不錯，品類也多，但沒有腸粉，我想嚐嚐。

NNgThe hotel is only 600 metres away from the nearest Metro Station. The room rate is competitive. The room is clean and tidy. All amenities inside the room is in good condition, except that water leak out from the shower room to the place in front of the room main door. The buffet breakfast has a wide choice of food. The front desk receptionist is courteous and helpful.

PPengguna TetamuRecently renovated and they have done a great job - especially the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are large and well equipped but they are very mean with the tea/coffee giving just 1 small coffee sachet (enough for half a cup) but providing 2 cups. However, they are happy to send extra but in the standard of hotel you should not need to ask.
RIP the mini bar - they used to have a great mini bar with snacks, wine/beer etc. Now it is a fridge with a couple of bottle of soft drinks.
On the subject of alcohol - the old Carmens bar which had several pool tables and a relaxed atmosphere - has now closed and replaced with what is intended to be a lobby bar but looks more like a bottle museum. The lighting is way too bright for a bar - it's pretty much floodlight so if you want a nice cozy relaxing drink forget it. They have a trolley full of great booze tucked away in the side room - various spirits, liqueurs. They need to set them up on the virtually empty shelves and at least try and make it look like bar. Final gripe is the staff in this brilliantly lit bar have zero interest in what they are doing. Not a single smile or any expression of anything on both evenings I was there. Just a blank stare then back to the phone screen.
The breakfast was excellent as were the staff - very helpful and smiley. Front desk were also great. However, to be considered of a International standard (they plan to join a major chain soon) they really need to improve spoken English

JJasmine AuHuge hotel and lots of room to be chosen. Room is big, clean and tidy. Hotel arranged personal service manager to coordinate with during stays. Request being served at nice and fast manner which is highly appreciated. Lots of activities for kids. Just some activities need to be charged additionally and I will suggest hotel can offer discount for guests who stay in hotel.
Plenty of choice of breakfast but when getting crazy when lots of guest going to have breakfast at the same time. Lack of food. Suggest hotel can assign some time slot for guests so divide guests into groups to avoid having breakfast at the same time.
Due to hotel is large, lifts are provided at one side only. If i stay in the room far from the lift while I am going to the location downstairs just behind my room, I need to walk 10 mins to the lift and then another 10 mins to the location where i need to go.Highly suggest hotel can newly build some lifts in the other side of the building so guest (especially elderly need not walk long way).

PPaowoahLocation: Situated near several mini shopping malls, offering a plethora of shopping, dining, and beverage options. I Would suggest going to Shanghai (something) if you want to get your clothes washed. You can pick it up the next day. (Make a left when you walk out of the hotel, keep walking until you see a bank and turn left. It has a blue sign). Much cheaper compared to the hotel. There's a nail salon, spa place, and massage within 5 minutes of walking (also walk left when you come out of the hotel, make a left again)
Cleanliness: We encountered no cleanliness issues during our stay.
Service: The front desk staff was notably friendly and helpful.
Facilities: The hotel boasts an array of facilities including a swimming pool, gym, outdoor garden, Japanese restaurant, Chinese restaurant, buffet area, and spa. While there have been recent changes such as a rotation of dim sum and buffet options, and a downsizing of the buffet, our overall experience was quite satisfactory. This hotel has been our go-to choice whenever we return to Shijie.

EElenaThe hotel looks beautiful, renovated, nicely decorated and facilitated. The furniture is very decent, according to the classic style of the hotel. The cleaning service is extraordinary.The breakfast provided could be more assorted and decent. Gym is pretty old, however it's convenient. The steam room and the sauna are too small, could be arranged better. The communication with the staff in English is very problematic, but electronic dictionaries saved us many times. Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel and will be back if we have still things to do with at Dongguan.

PPengguna Tetamu這個精品民宿處於東莞最繁華地段，交通非常方便，離地鐵站很近，吃玩購物觀景都很便捷，在房間看夜景非常漂亮！房間傢俱，電器齊全，裝修很新，很乾凈衞生，比我家舒服多了。特別是服務很周到，貼心，親自到地鐵口接我們四人。五星評價！下次再來入住。
