酒店房基本設施都很新很好，但就一片牆身有水印及霉菌，房間空間住2位就有點迫，一個人就剛剛好，有提供免費電影，還有機器人送餐，3及4樓都有提供免費洗衣機及烘乾機（可立即穿），方便不用帶太多行李，唯一讓我不滿意的是前枱職員，我訂2間房間住3天2夜，携程訂房2間房都是最後一天都是14:00退房，過了一夜，下午13:00多我出房間，我房卡已開不到我房門，要落大堂從新開啟我手上房卡，第二夜過去，我13:00幾致電前枱，我表達是2個房間14:00退房的，但想其中一問15:00退房，（我問了是否要收20元前枱示是，我也同意）另外一間是14:00退房，但另外一間房門已經打不開了，我家人落去又從新去啟動卡，前枱表示是我讓取消另一間房，（這我都不想追究了，言語表達可能係電話接收表達有差異），我在房間出去搵家人，怎知我自己房間卡又打不開，我又講家人落去前枱重新啟動房卡，太煩擾，不應該讓客人走來走去重新啟動房卡，還好穿的睡衣是T裇運動短褲，酒店應定時檢查酒店各設施，前枱職員要熟悉自己工作崗位。
