Hotel berhampiran Qixing Golf Club, Dongguan

I would like to said everything is prefect except the service, when I tried to check in the front desk lady are a little bit confused me, I asked her can I live in a high floor. I can’t believe her answer, she said your room are only in second floor. First, u can say sorry and there is no type of the room u booked are in high floor. Second, she can offer price up to upgrade. She doesn’t say anything about it but show her guest a ugly face that u can’t support it. Excuse me?! Do u know u was in a hotel server position! Are you serious?! Then I am a person that very scared of smoking. I asked her again do u guys have non-smoking room?! To be honest, her show me another thing of the same face and told me there is no nonsmoking or smoking room. After over, she continued to training a new girl how to used the system of checking in. If u r the trainer I will be launching on it, I don’t believe she knows how to handle anything but nothing. By the way, the night girl are much better, I chose to live another night and I ask her should I needed to come and check out then checking in again. She asked me what room and then help me to scan the room card, and I am good to go. This is called service. Lol, otherwise it’s prefect.

Booked a premium double room as I prefer bigger rooms. The room is big enough, Aircon and hot water shower working. But the walls are with water slippage stains, the ceiling too. The kettle cannot be used. The room is dated and can do with a new coat of paint.

Top notch cleanliness and service. Convenient location in the heart of Dongguan, near many supply chain and manufacturing hubs. Would stay again.

I booked via Trip app so easy to locate and compare pricing and facilities. Checked in late about 9:45 pm was 5 min. The foyer is so big and hotel has lots of amenities for you to enjoy. My Room was just as it was displayed in the photo and with a very good the view from my room Window I can see the swimming pool and gym and it was late June very hot I plans to go for a swimming the next day. I went out the town of Changping is lively place restaurants were still open and streets were alive with people. Lots of shops and arcades to look through. My room came with breakfast the next morning and a late check out at 3:pm gave me time to eat and see the sites of this beautiful city. I recommend this hotel the staff are friendly and helpful. 每次來大朗，都住智榮。我最喜歡它的遠景套房。乾淨衞生明亮，分區廚房，客廳，卧室，各個功能不同，小而功能齊全，有家的感覺。如果出差3天以上，熱菜、洗衣都很方便。 周邊吃，出行都很方便，不管多早，多晚都有吃的。

這家酒店真的驚喜到我了哈哈哈，一樓大堂就非常寬敞明亮，感覺一種專業的服務，工作人員也很熱情禮貌，房間設備齊全，乾淨整潔，佈置非常有格調，酒店居然還有洗衣機健身房和會議室真的，非常適合打工人，總體性價比很高，非常推薦，一秒愛上了！

The hotel was great, and all the staff was helpful to accommodate our request 😀 but the rooms smell like smoke on the first night of our stay even though they put heavy air freshners. I would not recommend them if you are not a smoker or have problems with smoke smelling rooms. But overall the hotel was nice and we loved ❤️ the view 😍 and really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Would recommend this hotel 🏨 to anyone looking for easy access to food and shopping 🛍 around Dalangzhen District. This is the place to stay 👌 Tianyu Hotel. Would rate them 3.5/5 if only their rooms didn't smell of smoke.
