Hotel berhampiran the Zhous＇ Ancestral House in Ming and Qing Dynasty, Dongguan

I would like to said everything is prefect except the service, when I tried to check in the front desk lady are a little bit confused me, I asked her can I live in a high floor. I can’t believe her answer, she said your room are only in second floor. First, u can say sorry and there is no type of the room u booked are in high floor. Second, she can offer price up to upgrade. She doesn’t say anything about it but show her guest a ugly face that u can’t support it. Excuse me?! Do u know u was in a hotel server position! Are you serious?! Then I am a person that very scared of smoking. I asked her again do u guys have non-smoking room?! To be honest, her show me another thing of the same face and told me there is no nonsmoking or smoking room. After over, she continued to training a new girl how to used the system of checking in. If u r the trainer I will be launching on it, I don’t believe she knows how to handle anything but nothing. By the way, the night girl are much better, I chose to live another night and I ask her should I needed to come and check out then checking in again. She asked me what room and then help me to scan the room card, and I am good to go. This is called service. Lol, otherwise it’s prefect.

A very nice hotel, indeed!!! Price is reasonable, while the quality is first class, software and hardware conditions all good, towards to a 5-Star level. The service of front desk is pretty, especially the girl whose working number is 012. Will keep staying at this hotel when I trip to Dongguan.

服務非常的好。比較新。衞生也特別乾淨。特別推薦必須點讚的一家酒店，酒店管理很不錯，用免費的洗衣機供客人使用，房間的衞生也做的很乾凈，阿姨服務態度很好，前台小姐姐也必須點贊，素質很高，酒店附近有很多的吃的。出行很方便，位置也很好找。房間的裝修很有特色，每一間都是不同的主體。氛圍感滿滿，跟照片沒有差別，都是實拍圖，特別推薦

Very good hotel. Cozy rooms, nice inner garden. Several different small shops and two supermarkets near by. Restaurants and other services available around.

出門在外都怕被坑！所以朋友介紹住這邊，都說這邊價格地道，衛生服務都很不錯！就把我們送過來了！真正到了現場，不得不說確實還可以。這家店生意不錯，當天辦理入住都是排隊的！雖然忙，喝酒的人也難伺候，前台小哥哥小姐姐都很耐心！真的很難得！到我的時候，因為稍微等了一下，前台為表示歉意，還贈送了我一份早餐劵，服務很周到！

The room was very good and the reception services was perfect and welcoming but the breakfast in the morning was a joke. I was surprised that by 9 am the breakfast was finished and less dishes were replenished. Actually we had little to take as breakfast. I wish the hotel really improve on their breakfast

作為常平鎮的老字號酒店🏨 這次從廣州回來check in的感覺很不錯 雖然在裝修 但是服務態度很好～ 衛生乾淨設備完好 设施：完善有KTV有健身房 环境：就在火車站旁邊，很方便香港來回 總之是一次不錯的住宿體驗！ 下次還會選擇這家！
