別的不説，背包和電腦在酒店大堂被偷了，查監控看到小偷，報警了也沒用，煩得很，以後不會再來，治安太差了

不滿意 大廳有小偷 重要的東西都被偷了 弄的行程很不愉快

시설도 좋고 대부분 만족합니다

一般，床太小了

房間超大，很舒服；但是周圍工業區，晚上10:00以後很難買到晚餐了😬 衹適合開會開完會就走，長住不是很方便吧周圍除了辦公室啥都沒有

This has been by far the worst NH hotel experience that I have ever had the misfortune of having experienced. It is embarrassingly inadequate, and should not be frequented by any guests who wish to have a semblance of a pleasant stay. I fear I will forget some of my complaints, but I will try: 1. Poor to no room service 2. No shuttle service during my stay 3. No upgrade or meaningful accommodations as a titanium member 4. Poor engagement from front desk 5. Poor engagement from bar area 6. Loud in room This is a non-exhaustive list. This has been a terrible experience.

Excellent service especially breakfast is copious fresh and staff extremely friendly and helpful...recommend you Santiago and friends - all extremely swift to get things done as requested...cannot say enough. Rooms clean, quiet and very green neighborhood ...not a sound to bother you ...

Well organized Hotel. Entire staff ist very well trained, performs absolutely qualified and service oriented. Good food variousity in the restaurant, great Bartender. Perfekt location for trade shows or Airport. Located outside Munich City in typical Office district. Grocery and train station within 10 minutes walking distance.

Everything was great and the only grey point is the location and especially coming from the airport. I loved the voucher for not cleaning up the room daily and having a drink in the evening instead. Green and enjoyable offer

This is my first time visiting Munich and I must say that I had a pleasant experience thanks to all the staff at this hotel. My room was clean and the food was excellent. The best part of my stay was the hospitality that I received from the staff especially the group at the bar. Goran and Alecsandra showed exceptional customer service. Even at times when it was really busy they both made sure we were taken cared of and got our drinks to us in a timely manner. It was a pleasure meeting them.

A nice clean friendly hotel that was close enough to the places i needed to be. Food and drink were good and would definitely stay again if i was going to Munich.
