Fabulous place to stay for an unplanned stopover with my well behaved dog. Kind and courteous staff. Clean bed that is comfy. Really fabulous little hotel. Thank you Ramada.

The service was amazing the receptionist was great at providing me with a room and was very helpful. The room was clean and the hotel was nice and peaceful was perfect after a long journey.

Fantastic food options around the area, hotel was clean and smelt nice and for the price you get a warm room, beds could need a new mattress as they're like trampolines

Staff are nice. Wifi has problem and unable to connect. The pop up portal page has problem. In short, worth to stay if offer is below £50 per night including breakfast.

When u enter the smells stings like a hospital smell. And the carpet smells terrible while walking through hall way and our room smells and the toilet is not clean properly and it’s cold inside the room even it’s over heated.

I spent one night here, the room was satisfactory for my needs. The door rattled a little especially when the corridor door was opened. I rested a bag against it to stop the noise and this sorted the problem. Everything else was ok and worked. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall a satisfactory stay.

Great location for working in Guildford, being a solo female I was made to feel welcome. Lovely warm quiet room with comfortable bed, great shower and room amenities. Being beside a service station was very handy as again provided M&S, McDonald’s, pizza house, Starbucks etc but there is a restaurant in the hotel. Would definitely stay if back in the area.

Located at Cobham services on the M25, a really nice place to stay and my number one choice when looking for an overnight room, You can either walk into the services area to grab a bite or use the in-house restaurant. There is a small bar area by the reception if you fancy a cola, beer or something stronger. I highly recommend this place

Hair everywhere. In the bed, all over the bathroom floor and shower. Hallways filthy. Bed comfortable, shower good but small.

Clean place and staff really friendly.
