Wasn’t perfect , but good . Staff very kind especially in the restaurant .

Very convenient for motorway connections. Hotel a little run down and could do with some renovation, especially the decor. Friendly staff.

Pleasantly surprised, very large room, well laid out and with an iron and board. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely use again

Hotel was clean and well located. Plenary of food options as on the services. No hot water in the morning, when I told reception at check out the just said there’s nothing we can do about it.

All are very good. But not very clean only.

For the money paid, it was clean, comfortable. I will say the maintenance is suffering. Most likely due to the price point. Things like ripped carpet, and the TV wasn't on the TV bracket rather just balanced on the ledge. The shower was good (normally a major bug bare of mine!) with the body wash being very nice. There's a very small bar in reception which is nice and of course you can just pop nextdoor to the services for food etc...

Regular guest - although nothing wrong per se with any of the rooms, some are 'better' than others eg a bigger TV, a newer kettle, slightly different layout - not as obvious as refurbed/non-refurbed, mix n match luck of the draw - all rooms to a decent standard however so not a criticism just candour - Good value for money.

Great stay. Comfortable and clean. Had a clean and spacious room, travel cot ready for the baby which had a mattress for comfort too. Only comments would be that the shower nobs are in need of repair and there could have been a sheet out on baby mattress. Luckily there was an extra bed so we just put the sheet off that in the baby’s cot. Staff lovely, friendly and helpful, quiet for a service station hotel and in an ideal spot for us visiting family locally
