The hotel location is perfect, walking distance to attractions like Dresden castle and Zwinger. Friendly staff also solved my power adapters issues quickly and professionally.
Also we liked the drinks in the mini bar, it's free!

Es war im Zimmer etwas zu kalt. Kein eigener Parkplatz, das Hotel ist etwas schwer vom Parkplatz zu finden. Ansonsten nichts anderes zu bemängeln.

酒店位置非常好，挨着大皇宮。在大皇宮裡麪甚至可以看到酒店。步行可以抵達全部景點兒。本次出行9個城市22天，最期待的就是德累斯頓。世界最美的巴洛克建築都在這裏。曾經東德的城市，因為是天黑才到，抵達市區之前有一種國內80年代的感覺。天亮後出酒店還是被驚艷到了。建築都十分宏偉，一改傳統哥特風哥，還是挺不一樣的。
酒店房間非常擁擠，在有沙發床的情況下衹能打開一個箱子。地方小的根本下不去腳。酒店和其他酒店公用一個電梯，前台在六層。房間距離電梯非常的遠，要穿過走廊走好多道門才能到房間。本身設施沒有問題，員工也很好。下次來也許還會住，但是一定會備註要近電梯的房間。

Stayed two nights in the fine suite 433, would have been better if WiFi access wouldn't have been only sporadic. Hotel management has limited the number of users to roughly half of guests or even less, most of the time when we tried to log on it was impossible due to maximum number of users reached. the problem is well known to reception but their hands were bound due to management decision. what is more the ventilator in the bath was siffling a high pitch tune due to poor maintenance. Windows close and open only with sufficient strength due to missing maintenance. otherwise if you don't need WiFi or you're wearing headphones listening to music when using the bathroom the place can be recommended.

War geschäftlich eine Nacht dort. Wenn man auf ein Auto angewiesen ist, kann man dort nicht parken. Der freundliche Rezeptionist im 6. OG empfahl mir das Parkhaus Semperoper für 6 Euro 24 h. Nervt halt das hin und her Gelaufe. Das Hotel selber ist schön und zentral, die Zimmer gross.

Moderne, saubere Zimmer, gute Betten. Das Frühstück für 17€ kann man sich getrost sparen (wenig Obst, Packerl-Rührei), lieber in eines der vielen guten Cafes gehen! Parken am besten in der Opern-Garage für 7,- €/Tag, im Taschenberg kostet es 27,- €

Waren für eine Nacht als Familie in der L-Suite. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse auf den Zwinger war traumhaft, Suite modern und sauber eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, großes Manko: keine Klimaanlage, hatten 28 Grad im Zimmer, das Frühstück für 17€ pro Erwachsener war sehr schlecht, wenig frische Produkte, kein Rührei - sehr kontinental, Restaurant völlig überteuert mit wenig Auswahl
