The hotel location is perfect, walking distance to attractions like Dresden castle and Zwinger. Friendly staff also solved my power adapters issues quickly and professionally. Also we liked the drinks in the mini bar, it's free!

Es war im Zimmer etwas zu kalt. Kein eigener Parkplatz, das Hotel ist etwas schwer vom Parkplatz zu finden. Ansonsten nichts anderes zu bemängeln.

酒店位置非常好，挨着大皇宮。在大皇宮裡麪甚至可以看到酒店。步行可以抵達全部景點兒。本次出行9個城市22天，最期待的就是德累斯頓。世界最美的巴洛克建築都在這裏。曾經東德的城市，因為是天黑才到，抵達市區之前有一種國內80年代的感覺。天亮後出酒店還是被驚艷到了。建築都十分宏偉，一改傳統哥特風哥，還是挺不一樣的。 酒店房間非常擁擠，在有沙發床的情況下衹能打開一個箱子。地方小的根本下不去腳。酒店和其他酒店公用一個電梯，前台在六層。房間距離電梯非常的遠，要穿過走廊走好多道門才能到房間。本身設施沒有問題，員工也很好。下次來也許還會住，但是一定會備註要近電梯的房間。

一流公寓，設施配套非常好，可以煮食，房間寬敞有特色，員工服務一流，態度有禮，只是升降機空間比較小。

This hotel perfectly understands the modern traveler. The rooms offer lots of space, great amenities (including a full kitchen and, if needed, easy sleeping for kids!), views, and lots of comfort. The hotel staff are probably the most pleasant we have ever encountered, the restaurant/bar has amazing views over the Zwinger, and all of the old town is easily walkable. We loved it here (much better than the big name 5star hotels in town) and will be back on our next visit to Dresden.

Positives- location, friendly staff, and cleanliness Negatives- uncomfortable hard mattresses, noisy, room temperature extremely warm even with it being freezing outside and temperature on thermostat turned to lowest position

A nice play to stay near the Zwinger and the opera.

This is a great place to stay, everything is around it and I mean everything. I enjoyed staying here, my only reason for a 4-star is it was a bit hot at night.

It was 33 Celsius (92F). Nobody mentioned until checkin that there was no A/C or fan. While booking the place there was no mention of the missing A/C. We hoped it would get cooler at night, but no. Opening the window made it worse. By 10pm we were drenched and booked another hotel with A/C where we spent the night. The least the hotel could have offered was a big fan.

Very good location, and beautiful confortable suit.

Check in was easy, but not very flexible, overall good. TV didnt work and we are big football fans and booked this place because it was an apartment with cabel TV. When my mother complained, first attempt was denied with "We cant to anything" and then I had to go and be though and stand my ground and we got a new room where it did work, so I (yes me) solved the problem. I would expect a little more service, thinking that this is 5 star facility. Bagage storage works fine, rooms are nice and comfortable, beds are good, kitchen well equipped.
