Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel Review: I recently stayed at BBB Boutique Centro in Benidorm, and my experience was nothing short of disappointing. I had booked a twin bed room well in advance, but upon arrival, we were given a double bed. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff daily, they assured us it would be sorted, but nothing was done for the entire duration of our stay. To make matters worse, our room was not cleaned even once during our stay, and the towels were never replaced. The lack of basic amenities like a hairdryer added to the frustration. This hotel clearly lacks proper management and customer service. I strongly advise against staying here if you want a stress-free and comfortable holiday.

Lovely hotel, the receptionist was very friendly. Only needed an over night stop so this was perfect. Bed was low but comfy. Fairly clean. Quick check out. Next to the road so slightly noisy but not too much to prevent sleep. Free coffee between 7.30 and 10.30am

Do not book this hotel. They will steal the €50 deposit. They give the reason of bad behaviour.!!! I stayed with my wife one night and they did not return the deposit. We were polite to the receptionist and returned in the early hours of the morning to get some sleep. We were not noisy and left the room in good condition. Banditos !!!

Arrived at the hotel to find it was closed, a local told us that we need to go to the sister hotel down the road to book in. There is no information telling us to go there, infact throughout the week we spent time explaining the process to other confused traveller's. The reception at the other hotel was unmanned and a note saying ring this number was displayed. When I rang the number the phone in front of me rang in the reception, nobody was present to book us in. We went with our bags to the beach for 4 hours until 16.00. The check-in was lengthy although I did this on line prior to my visit. The guests were numerous, all making the same complaint to the girl on the reception. There was a 50 euro deposit taken from my bank card, this was finally reimbursed 2 weeks after we left, I had to email the hotel 12 times to get it back. The rooms patio door lock, free internet access and hair dryer didn't work all week. There were no additional blankets supplied initially. The whole experience was stressful and unnecessary. I am sure similar complaints will follow this one. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Booked through Booking. Come and said we'd arrive between 12-1. Arrived at 12.15 to no reception, couldn't get in at first, tried to call the numbers on the board in reception, got no answer. After around 30 mins of waiting outside, another hotel guest let us into the lobby area, again called the number, nothing still. Spoke to the cleaning lady who just kept saying.... Check in 3, over and over again. I showed her the arrival time, to be net by.. Pfft... Then she walked off. My wife then went after her and said about the lack if receptionist and management, to which SHE checked us in, at around 13.30...1 hour 15 after first arriving. We booked two rooms on the same booking only to be given rooms on different floors, but at least we were in. In the rooms it has everything needed, but no quilts or blankets... Only good thing about the stay was free vending machine coffee from 7-10.30 in the morning. Luckily we only stayed one night. If you have booked to stay here, our advice is... CHANGE HOTEL.

Where to start, I booked through *********** I booked the wrong date, granted completely my fault. However, I called b&b as soon as I realised, no answer after called three times. So I emailed, it stated that although none refundable I could change the date, i requested the date change and they messaged by pretty quickly telling me no, although there were plenty of rooms still available online! I said, if there was an additional cost I would pay, then they just ignored me. Called a further 8-10 times and messaged constantly. Even messaged *********** who tried to sort but to no avail. Due to be there today, and after *********** requested they refund they messaged me direct telling me it’s not possible. Customer service is shocking. To be honest, after looking online at the reviews I’m glad I’m not staying!! AVIOD

We have got 2 nights at this hotel.....the receptionists were TERRIBLE yesterday....she lied to us and said we couldnt have another room...this would have cost 1400sek for 2 nights but we paid 2150sek for a terrace...we got a small balcony.....with no chairs on it....apx 8sqm with a door to the bathroom that got stuck, the light above the bed worked but no more.....and now after we went to the beach we have no towels no more....AWFUL
