Hotel Dresden dengan Kolam Renang

Everything from the room, staff, location, and breakfast was superb!

Wir waren zu Messezeiten da, das war leider etwas einschränkend. Das Frühstück wurde umgelegt in einen Bereich der nicht so traumhaft einladend ist wie der eigentliche Raum! Das war bei dem Preis doch recht schade, da es hier ja insgesamt schon um Flair und Feeling geht. Die Lage ist super, ein toller Blick über die Skyline von Dresden. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich ! Beim Personal hatten wir relativ viele junge unsicher wirkende Kellner*innen, wir denken, dass sie grade angelernt wurden. Dementsprechend möchte ich dahingehend keine Bewertung abgeben, jeder muss irgendwo mal anfangen :) ein insgesamt gelungener Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abzügen!

Allgemein sehe ich eine Diskrepanz zwischen Anspruch/Preis und Wirklichkeit. Das Hotel wurde nett renoviert, Zimmer sind aber sehr klein. Das innere ist sehr ruhig, aber es fehlt etwas an Ambiente (Hintergrundmusik? …). Service nicht auf 5 Sterne Niveau (bsp wurde uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt Hilfe mit unserem Gepäck angeboten, auch nicht, als ein Mitarbeiter zufällig in den selben Fahrstuhl stieg). Lage ist top. Preis aber zu hoch.

Das Zimmer hat eine gute Größe, Bett sehr angenehm, Bad leider nur mit Wanne. Dafür gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher . Alles sehr ordentlich, Zimmerreingung nur auf Bestellung , das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit 🤗 Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig, große Auswahl an Brot/Brötchen, warmen und kalten Speisen und ganz wichtig guter Kaffee.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt! Die Lage ist hervorragend – in nur wenigen Minuten ist man mitten in der Altstadt und der Fußgängerzone, und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und von guter Qualität, sodass der Tag perfekt starten konnte. Die Zimmer waren sauber, groß und sehr gemütlich, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch die Parkgarage war ein großer Pluspunkt und sehr praktisch. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt, wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen!

The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

Nice place to stay if you pass by the city

We were given a room with one double bed although my reservation was two single beds. The lady on front desk was impolite. They said we don’t have room only one. That one was for people with disabilities the toilet was too high and there was no bathtub. My reservation was with street view and you can see in the photo the view we got.
