I had a small problem with shower on the first day. Solved. Nice and quiet place very closed with metrò. big, nice and very clean room. great value for money in dubai. The hotel is at 20 minutes by metrò to Burj Kalifa and just 10 minutes to Dubai Festival City

I got up in This hotel because they was doing repairs at 9am, that’s super annoying because when u book hotel u want to leave in calm place. Area is very nice, it’s waterfront. Room is pretty small but it’s good value for the money. Guy on the reception was asking 100dirham deposit because he told me that someone broke a cup not long time ago and now they ask for deposit, funny

Kami tinggal di sana selama 1 minggu. Pada mulanya kami kecewa dengan hotel dan bilik.. tidak ada tempat letak kereta, lantai jubin lama tanpa tikar, bilik air lama, cawan teh tidak, perlu menelefon untuk menukar tuala. Satu-satunya perkara yang kami suka ialah kemudahan di bangunan sebelah. Kolam renang yang sangat bagus dan gimnasium yang lengkap. Kakitangan sangat baik dan membantu. Jadi secara keseluruhan ia adalah pengalaman yang bagus.

Staying at Kingsgate Hotels is an incredibly enjoyable experience. The three hotels located in the Al-Jaddaf area offer exceptional services. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the receptionists, Mr. Akhel, Mr. Anish, Mr.Rity, and Mr. Set, for their outstanding attitude and professionalism. Furthermore, I would like to extend a special thanks to the security manager, Mr. Salman, and his dedicated team members, Mr. Bashir, Mr. Mudather, Mr. Adel, and Mr. Ibtisam for their invaluable cooperation and assistance. Lastly, I must acknowledge the exceptional work carried out by the bellboys, Mr. Inam and Mr. Chandra. Their efficiency and attentiveness greatly contributed to making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at Kingsgate Hotels has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the remarkable staff members who go above and beyond to provide a memorable and comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at intercity hotel, However the room size was small even we booked a superior king room and tissues and slippers were absent and provided upon request. Staff was very friendly.
