hotel location is good nearby metro station . near to gold souk . family hotel great comfort to stay with family . staff behavior is good with guest . clean and safe hotel for family. i recommend this hotel for families. i feels like my 2nd house .

The hotel was located perfectly in e business district with a mall close by. The world trade center is just about 10 minutes away. The rooms were clean and well supplied. the staff were friendly and accommodating when ever we needed anything. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling on business requirements.

I have been a loyal guest at ALL(Accor) for several years, but my recent stay was quite disappointing, and a significant departure from the high standards I have come to expect. Upon arrival, I faced a frustrating delay in check-in. Despite having called the hotel beforehand to confirm my booking, I was made to wait until 4:00 PM to get into my room. This was particularly inconvenient as I had a long journey and needed to freshen up before a scheduled event. Adding to the frustration, a special request I made a week prior to my stay was completely ignored. When I brought this up at the front desk, not only did they claim they had no record of my request, but the manager's response was surprisingly rude and dismissive. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was deeply disappointing. The problems did not end there. The checkout process was equally cumbersome and time-consuming. It took much longer than it should have, adding unnecessary stress to the end of my trip. Overall, my recent experience at Mercure Mina Gold was far below par. The combination of delayed check-in, unacknowledged special requests, and an inefficient checkout process overshadowed the positive experiences I've had here in the past. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to restore the quality of service that regular guests like myself expect and deserve. Until then, I regret to say that I will be reconsidering my options for future stays.

This is our second time staying in this hotel when we visited Dubai. It is a home away from home. My children love the hotel. The staff are very friendly, nice, welcoming and always smiling. We noticed some changes from when we visited last year. We were impressed to see that the hotel has put diversity into consideration and have included among its staff African Americans. This inclusion of diversity meant a lot to my children and one other family we met who stayed in the hotel. In the past there was no inclusion or diversity in the staff team there but now, there are staff from most walks of life, thereby making guests feel more comfortable seeing that they are represented. Kudos to whoever effected this change. I would like to thank all the staff that made our stay very comfortable and memorable from the security guys, Kuty, Johnson, and their team, these guys got your back should you have any security concerns or forgot something in a taxi. To the front desk team, Canston, who checked us into our rooms both last year and this year. He was very friendly, nice and always smiling. To Romario the hotel manager, always smiling and never a dull moment with him, he took very good care of us. I must say that Romario stands out among Marriot hotel managers I've encountered. He was very down to earth and paid attention to details. He took care of a little problem we encountered during our stay and made it all right. Thank you very much Romario. To The breakfast team, Vanesh, Jean, the Cheff etc, who were very nice and courteous, they were always checking in with guests to see if they need/don't need anything and making sure everything was right at the breakfast buffet. We did notice some new addition to the breakfast buffet menu. The menu last year was kind of dry and same selections but this time, there were more choices and the changes was for us, a better selection, something for everyone. To the housekeeping team, Analiza and Niran, who made sure our room was well clean taken care off. We always looked forward to our room on our return from outings. Thank you Analiza for the wonderful farewell décor you made for us. Our Children loved it. These team of people at this hotel are the reason my family and I will always want to stay here every year we visit Dubai. Thank you guys for your great hospitality!.

The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. 我和太太於2024年三月三十一日入住杜拜香格里拉酒店，第一印象已經非常滿意，酒店大堂寬敞、明亮、佈置幽雅！所有員工服務態度有禮、誠懇、細心！ 而最驚喜是把我們所訂的普通房間升級至豪華貴賓房，雖然當時祇是上午十一時許，他們一方面引領我們到41樓的休閑室，享受茶點，另一方面立即分配在40樓的貴賓房間給 我們休息，非常貼心！ 另外，我們也嘗試過酒店內著名的越南餐廳，食物不止多款式，而且味道美味、賣相亦吸引！ 總括逗留在酒店的三日兩夜，百份百有賓至如歸，甚至有點受龎若驚的感覺！哈哈！ 下次若有機會再來杜拜旅行，我們一定再選擇入住這香格里拉酒店！
