Very nicely firnished mid range hotel in an industrial area in Dubai, it's served mainly by one bus line F16 4 mins away, and Bus 7 which is 13 mins away, not the best in terms of location and accessibility as not close to any major metro or tram stations. Room is spacious and the amenities are complete, service and hospitality satisfactory and staff very attentive. The shower is excellent and has actually hot water (unlike many other midrange hotels that only really have lukewarm water with unstable temperature). Also they have a fridge that is actually functional - it keeps drinks COLD not just cool, which I really appreciate. There is a safe as well for locking away valuable items. Hotel overcharged me on my tourist tax and refunded me after the trip without me probing them (I was a little skeptical when paying this at check in as it was higher than what I'm used to for this type of on-arrival payment). They have a good buffet spread that alternates every other day, so it gets repetitive when you're staying for 3+ days more. Suggest to include a few more options. But I also saw that they do omlettes for guests from the kitchen on request. There is a supermarket that opens till 11:30pm just downstairs right beside the hotel, which is really good. Their housekeeping button system is a bit confusing. There was one day when I had the "Do Not Disturb" button on but still had someone enter my room to do housekeeping, and I found out it was because when you take your card put from the card holder beside the door the signal will reset itself and switch itself off. Slightly disarming but I didn't lose anything and housekeeping tidied my room so I wasn't too annoyed.

My stay at Urban Al Khoory Hotel was a delightful experience filled with comfort and convenience. The highlight was definitely the rooftop swimming pool, offering a serene escape amidst the bustling city. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with modern amenities, including fresh towels, a TV for entertainment, and complimentary water with a kettle for a quick beverage. The room's cleanliness and attention to detail were commendable, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout. The staff was courteous and accommodating, catering to any requests promptly. Whether for leisure or business, Urban Al Khoory Hotel provides a welcoming atmosphere and all the necessary facilities for a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable accommodation option in the heart of the city.

There are only Pakistani and Bangladeshi restaurants around. Location is not so good but otherwise everything is good

Great Experience

I will recommend this hotel for the reasons as below, 1st of all, I like it's decorations. very urban and modern as it's name, and I like my suitable room at space 25㎡。 2nd the price is reasonable the most important is that the gentlemen at the reception are all nice. Romeo is friendly helping a lot when stay. see u, guys.

This time we have big room with bathtub. This is my 4 times this year visiting this hotel and very reasonable room rate.
