Hotel berhampiran Burj Khalifa Viewpoint, Dubai

It’s suitable for business trip. I stayed here 4 nights. And breakfast is good. I love the breakfast. The staff are nice. However, all the good memories be ruined after 24th Nov. 24th Nov, I came from Abu Dhabi and would like to stay here one night, then go back to China. However, I made a wrong booking date at this time. I need to book 24th Nov, but the order booking date is 24th Dec. I didn’t know this mistake until the reception told me this mistake. Unfortunately, it was 22:00PM when I know this problem, so I tried to ask the reception if they can help me to fix it. They just let me contact trip com. They didn’t give me any support. What’s worse, they don’t refund to me. A horrible experience. I don’t understand why gulf hotel reject my request. Refund and then release a room to sell will not affect them. So sad about this problem.

Kami menempah penginapan di Dubai untuk meraikan hari lahir saya, dengan harapan dapat menikmati masa berkualiti bersama-sama dengan kakak saya. Apabila tiba, kami disambut mesra oleh En. Rodel, yang membantu kami dengan bagasi kami. Dia sangat sopan dan akomodatif, membuatkan kami berasa dialu-alukan dari awal lagi. Walau bagaimanapun, pengalaman kami di kaunter penerimaan tetamu semasa daftar masuk amat mengecewakan. Apabila kami menghampiri Encik Abdelrahman di meja depan, dia meminta ID kami. Saya memberikan ID Emirates saya kerana bilik itu ditempah atas nama saya. Malangnya, kakak saya terlupa ID fizikalnya dan bertanya sama ada salinan elektronik sudah memadai. Dia segera berkata, ”Tidak.” Dia menjelaskan bahawa dia terlupa IDnya, dan saya bertanya apa yang perlu kami lakukan kerana kami telah melakukan perjalanan jauh dari Abu Dhabi. Saya bertanya sama ada mereka akan menerima saya tetapi bukan kakak saya, apa gunanya? Jawapannya sekali lagi tegas, “Tidak, kami memerlukan ID fizikal. Kami tidak boleh berbuat apa-apa tentang itu.” Walaupun kami berusaha untuk menjelaskan keadaan, dia tetap tidak mengalah, menegaskan bahawa hanya saya yang akan diterima dan bukan kakak saya. Saya sangat kecewa dan kecewa, jadi saya meminta untuk bercakap dengan pengurus. Abdelrahman meneruskan proses daftar masuk tanpa melibatkan diri lebih lanjut. Selepas daftar masuk, kami dibantu oleh Encik Choi, yang membantu kami dengan beg kami dan mengiringi kami ke bilik kami. Profesionalisme dan sikap berbudi bahasa beliau adalah berbeza dengan pengalaman kami sebelum ini. En. Choi, bersama En. Rodel, En. Gaurav, dan En. Very nicely firnished mid range hotel in an industrial area in Dubai, it's served mainly by one bus line F16 4 mins away, and Bus 7 which is 13 mins away, not the best in terms of location and accessibility as not close to any major metro or tram stations. Room is spacious and the amenities are complete, service and hospitality satisfactory and staff very attentive. The shower is excellent and has actually hot water (unlike many other midrange hotels that only really have lukewarm water with unstable temperature). Also they have a fridge that is actually functional - it keeps drinks COLD not just cool, which I really appreciate. There is a safe as well for locking away valuable items. Hotel overcharged me on my tourist tax and refunded me after the trip without me probing them (I was a little skeptical when paying this at check in as it was higher than what I'm used to for this type of on-arrival payment). They have a good buffet spread that alternates every other day, so it gets repetitive when you're staying for 3+ days more. Suggest to include a few more options. But I also saw that they do omlettes for guests from the kitchen on request. There is a supermarket that opens till 11:30pm just downstairs right beside the hotel, which is really good. Their housekeeping button system is a bit confusing. There was one day when I had the ”Do Not Disturb” button on but still had someone enter my room to do housekeeping, and I found out it was because when you take your card put from the card holder beside the door the signal will reset itself and switch itself off. Slightly disarming but I didn't lose anything and housekeeping tidied my room so I wasn't too annoyed.

The hotel is close to all downtown areas and attraction, extremely clean and spacious rooms, hotel stuff are super kind and their readiness to always help is wonderful. The room has all necessities and the breakfast buffets were excellent. I enjoyed my stay.

This is a ok Hotel, On a budget Hotel, some staff needs real training on customer relations, standing around and making the place and yourself feel like you’re inside the central bank for a heist, maybe some music in the lobby may take away such intense feelings. Another guest told me the same things so that why I mentioned as I felt that. Gym is good , I know they have a swimming pool now but yet to have a look. Pictures are a view from my room The front of the hotel guest and non guest sitting smoking is just aweful, I’m sure they can put those same chairs to the side of the hotel , manage a little prestige. Local restaurants and shop are mostly Philippines, get ready for a visit to Manila.

The hotel staff was very good each of them are very friendly and supportive they go extra mile for guest comfort really I’ve grown soo much to them they’re like my family now totally recommend going there.

I had a lovely experience at Rove Healthcare City,everything about the place was so amazing including the melt in your mouth food.The staff was already to go the extra mile for us and i truely appreciate it.Im definitely staying at Rove HealthCare City again the next time i visit Dubai😃😃
